My favorite resistance bands! Fabric is so soft and comfortable on your legs. Super durable. They give you a great workout. Perfect for Pilates. They come in a zip pouch which is great for storage/brining them with you to a class.

COmfortable and durable

They don’t feel as resistant as it advertises The heavy band doesn’t feel as heavy as i would expect. However the bands are nice, thick, soft and comfortable compared to rubber ones
