This pen makes me feel so fancy!
I just started getting into calligraphy and penmanship. Bought some dual brush pens and some fancy looking pens. This is one of my favorites— I carry it around with me everywhere. It writes super smoothly and everyone is always in awe when they ask for a pen and I hand them this!It includes 2 blue ink cartridges. You just unscrew the pen to take it apart, remove the empty cartridge, and put one of the included blue ink cartridges in: insert the new cartridge (skinny side first) into the end with the tip and push it in until you feel a little click/snap. After you reassemble the pen, you’ll have to wait a few minutes for the ink to descend.Hope this is helpful!

Very pretty and works well.
As said, it's a very pretty pen, for a very reasonable price. When I can get it to write, it looks very pretty. It needed oiled inside (a little squeaky when I took it apart) and the ink takes longer to descend than with my other pens. I used India ink in the converter, rather than the cartridges, so that's part of the problem, but that ink works in my other pens. I had to water the ink down to get this pen to write, and it's been working better--but still not as smoothly as I would like.

Just out-freaking-standing!
I'll admit, for under $20, I thought that the pen would be acceptable for leaving at work; for this and that. Surprise! This pen has good feel, great lines, smooth feed and an elegance. Don't get me wrong, many parts are plastic, but those that count have a solid, smoothness about them. Sorry, this pen doesn't reside in my office drawer, too nice.

Unusable Product - Mismatched Cartridges
The cartridges that come with the pen aren't even the kind used by the pen. I had ordered additional cartridges in colored ink that were supposed to work with the pen, but were not the right kind. I then tried the cartridges that came with the pen just so I could test it out, but they were also not the right kind. I have no idea why they would send cartridges that don't even fit the pen. I cannot use it. It's still sitting in the box, complete useless, and the wedding invitations I'd planned to hand address in calligraphy style writing went out rather boring.

Love it!
Not a bad fountain pen for this price. Does everything it's supposed to and writes well. Being a lefty, it's a bit difficult to achieve writing smoothly 100% of the time. So this pen is strictly used as a hobby, but not for serious pen writing.

Fantastic pen, and even better customer service.
I bought this pen, inked it up, and fell in love. It's a fantastic pen with a gorgeous sleek design, and a nice steel body. The nib is incredibly smooth, and works wonderfully on my journal. The weight of the pen is great in my hands. After a few days, the clip broke off. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement without any issues. I am VERY pleased with this pen, and the company was wonderful to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Have yet to get it to work.
If this pen magically starts working I’ll be happy to update my review, but so far I’ve tried EVERYTHING and it won’t work. It’s the prettiest fountain pen I have, and the only one that won’t work. The converter clicks into my place just fine, but nothing happens. The ink it CAME WITH won’t work. I mean, it’s a freakin PEN, it just shouldn’t be this difficult, it’s not like it’s a new invention. Ridiculous. Is it “easy to hold”? Sure, but you’d be better off using it for a game of darts.

Great pen for a good price.
I am very pleased with this pen! It looks and feels very high-quality. The nib writes smoothly with plenty of room for variation in stroke thickness. The body of the pen feels light, but the cap is heavy and can be placed on the pen while writing if one prefers. The ink used in the photo shown is Waterman's Mysterious Blue--I think it works nicely with this ink. Comes with two cartridges which is a nice bonus.
