Pathetic Product. I used it for 2 days and it did not function since then. The product is under warranty but the seller has not replaced the product. The fuse was replaced but on the same day of replacement, the cooker got abnormally heated up and stopped working. I want Amazon to intervene and get the refund or replacement done.

Rice cooker's build quality is quite good. It is being used by us for the last 5 months and it cooks rice well. After using it for 2 - 3 times, we learned the accurate amount of water to be added to the rice and then, we never faced the problem of burnt or half cooked rice. The power consumption is less, only 800 watts, so i run the appliance in solar inverter and thus saving on electricity bill. Overall, after 5 months of using the appliance, i think the purchase decision was correct.

After one year it is not working

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I Love My Rice Cooker. Super product, It cooks rice very well and the Keep Warm function is a real game changer keeps leftover rice fresh for hours. The non-stick pot is extremely helpful no burning or sticking issues. Cleaning is also easy. At this price point, excellent choice. I like there door step service. I also needed an additional pot, and it was easily delivered to my home. Really happy with the prompt and helpful service. Great product with good service.

I have been using it from three days and the rice cooker is working fab. Easy to cook and the rice could be kept warm. Has two modes which makes it easy to operate. Has instruction manual. Cooking time for 5 cups or rice is around ~ 20mins.

Extremely poor quality. I bought this a few months back, and now, the lid does not even close anymore. So, technically. I cannot even use it. Wastage of my hard-earned money - not worth it.
