I was able to inform them that their product did not work for my disabled daughter ( she is a tiny girl with a small mouth} and I shared the reasons why. As I reflect on my review, I realized that in fact, though it did not work for me....that does not mean it is an inferior product. I will say the product was well packaged, and the items were well made. It was just not suitable for my daughter. I am certain it would be suitable for anyone looking for a sturdy, disposable oral swab with a firm stick and sponge. So please give this product a try if that is what you are looking for.
