ULTIMEA 5.1Ch Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, 410W Peak Power, Surround Sound System for TV, Sound Bar for Smart TV with Subwoofer, Surround and Bass Adjustable Home Theater, Poseidon D60, 2024 Version

This was my first TV surround sound purchase and I was swayed by the price and the reviews of the Poseidon 60. The setup was easy and accurate and all was well for about a month. While I was recovering in the hospital from open heart surgery, my wife called to say that the sound was not working. I diagnosed the situation as well as circumstances allowed, but she was forced to use the TV sound on our Samsung. So sad! After quite a bit of trial and much error, it was found that the problem was with the main Poseidon speaker, although it developed that there were sound issues with the Samsung set, too, which certainly complicated matters! The folks from Ultimea were extremely helpful in helping me with the diagnostics and when it was determined that the problem lay with the Poseidon, another unit was sent even before they received my defective unit. They even paid for the return shipping. I am happy to report that the replacement unit is performing marvelously, and I am looking forward to purchasing another system for my vacation home in Maine. After all, once you have experienced surround sound, you can't go back!

I have always wanted a surround sound to get a more 'full' tv experience and decided to buy this due to the price and good reviews. Set up went (mostly) without a hitch, you just need to plug the sound bar into your tv and the wall, then plug the subwoofer into the satellite speakers and the wall. The wireless aspect is that the soundboard connects to the subwoofer wirelessly but the satellites are connected to the subwoofer. I did have issues with getting the settings correct on my TCL roku tv. You gotta set it up so that the audio comes out through hdmi eARC but for some reason it wasn't activating the port. I ended up having to unplug both the tv and surround sound from the wall for 10 seconds and it fixed the issue. The sound quality is way better than my tv sound and watching Dolby atmos content is AMAZING and very clear. I can only compare it to my tv audio though since I've never really experienced any other more expensive surround systems. Overall I'd say it's a great value for your money and I'd recommend at least giving it a shot if you're like me and have only ever listened to the audio straight from the tv.

It's an OK sound bar system for the price it is much better then just the tv speakers the center speaker has great sound loud I set it up for full 360 sound and the center speaker drowns out the rear speakers the Subwoofer does not hit hard at all its more like an extra down facing speaker even with bass level at 6 its just loud with very little bass not gonna shake anything sitting center of it all the Subwoofer left of the couch I feel like I only added one center speaker and one left rear speaker I almost wanna but the Subwoofer directly center of my couch to balance out the sound I would spend $100-120 on something name brand with like and 8in Subwoofer my brother has the vizio 5.1ch Dolby Atmos M-Series with a 6 inch Subwoofer and that hits and sounds much better for $400 but like I said fir the price its good

NOW DECEMBER 19. 1 YEAR WARRANTY EXPIRES DECEMBER 20. ULTIMEA - SUPPORT REP COLIN HAS BEEN STRINGING MY SON OUT WITH EMAILS "WE WILL CONTACT...48-72 HOURS....". THAT WAS NOW 5 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. I (FATHER) HAVE ALSO CONTACTED ULTIMEA - PHONE AND EMAIL. - NO RESPONSE. LETS HOPE AMAZON CAN TAKE SOME ACTION ON OUR BEHALF. DECEMBER 11, 2025 UPDATE: JURY IS OUT ON ULTIMEA. 2 WEEKS BEFORE WARRANTY EXPIRES UNIT FAILS. MY SON WAS TOLD HIS CASE WOULD BE ESCALATED TO WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. JUST GOT OFF PHONE WITH ULTIMEA AND CASE WAS NOT ESCALATED PROPERLY. "ALEX" WHO INITIALLY HANDLED CASE DROPPED THE BALL. Cons: The front speaker is terrible, without a subwoofer it sounds worse than the sound of my TV. The sound is flat, reproduces only high frequencies. The subwoofer only booms with bass, there is almost no sound from it. The rear speakers are an absolute horror, they buzz and creak. The sound is just disgusting, metallic, and also with a delay. The worst thing is that the sound is constantly interrupted, although the subwoofer is 3 feet from the front speaker. It stops interrupting only if you move it close, but on the diagram they themselves indicate the supposed placement of the subwoofer and speakers. If I move the subwoofer to the front speaker, where should I hide the wires from the rear ones? There are almost no adjustments, only the volume of the rear speakers and the bass level are adjustable. I could not connect via Bluetooth to their proprietary application on the phone because it did not find the sound system via Bluetooth, although it connects directly to Bluetooth through the phone. Pros: Low price The soundbar was connected via eARC to my TV. The advert stated the sound power as 400 watts. I think they exaggerated it a lot. It took me 10 days to realise that this sound system was complete crap even for this small amount of money. I returned it because I didn't expect it to be of such low quality. Don't even waste your time buying it.
