I love absolutely EVERYTHING about the Lost Kings ❤️. This is my 2nd time reading this series ( 1st time 2018). Hope & Rock are my favourite couple outta all the books I've read ❤️, onto book 3 now 💚🇮🇪

This is the second book in the Lost Kings MC series and the follow on in Rock and Hope’s story in Slow Burn.Although we left Slow Burn with a HFN ending the pairing still have a long way to go and this book covers the struggles they have to push through in order to reach their happy ever after. Both come from different backgrounds and finding that middle ground to firmly establish foundations is proving a difficult balance for them both.Hope has now accepted that Rock is in her life but she still has not fully let go of her husband. She still lives in the same house and she still has his things hung in the closet. So until she lets go of her past how can she move on with her future with Rock?Rock is hesitant to let Hope into his life fully, afraid he will frighten her away once she knows the truth of his club. However Rock will soon find out how strong Hope really is and how good she can be not only for him but for his brothers too. That is if Wrath will keep his doubts and his cynicisms to himself, especially the ‘Cinderella’ comments!I love this series and how it shows the struggles true love must go through in order to become strong and this is exactly what this book is about. Sometimes I just wanted to strangle Hope though and push her to let go of her past, however that would prove a short told story so the angst we go through is a required addition to the story.The chemistry between the two continues to develop but now the trust issues come into the fore which for both of them proves difficult to the extreme at times. Wrath is his usual cocky self but I just know he is hiding some serious hurt for him to behave this way. I liked how both he and Trinity were in their own way showing Hope the MC world. Wrath in his eye opening way and Trinity in a supportive friendly way.This series just keeps getting better and although I would have liked to have the HEA for Rock and Hope I also am glad we have another book to devour! Four and a half stars.

.....loved it! Excellent continuation of Rock & Hope's story.This is MC series is focused more on the romance side of things and the hurdles they need to overcome together instead of gory biker fights and hard core steamy scenes!That is in no way a complaint! What I have read so far had been written perfectly, we have sweet Hope who still struggles to understand the MC ways but is so trying and then there's Rock, the Prez who is defo not someone you want to cross yet he is so lovable you can't not root for him!! There is passion, admiration for each other, understanding and still some hot hot scenes - perfect!!Brilliant... 5star read

My adoration for a new MC and a seriously GORGEOUS alpha man is confirmed. I devoured Slow Burn which was the first instalment of Hope and Rock's story. That ended well and this picks up a few weeks later. This book is about them adjusting to each other's world and finding their way together. They are from totally different backgrounds so be prepared for some fireworks but ultimately, these two are soulmates in my opinion. I am itching for the next book (coming in February) . No cliffhanger.....just the promise of more Rock and Hope. And Wrath, Z, Murphy, Axel, Trinity and more. Can't wait.

So far I'm loving this series, the characters get your emotions going and the storyline follows the relationships of the characters rather than mc life.

This was well written and an interesting addition to the series, though Hope did get on my nerves at times.

I really do love this series. I've read it so many times. It's my, favourite MC series ever. 5 stars

Another winner from AJL. My 3rd time reading this series and I'm still discovering new bits of info I missed before. Love the series and I pray it lasts forever!
