Purchased for my dad who is older and needs support for lifting and doing everyday activities. Compared to his older shoulder strap belt, this has provided superior protection. He highlighted the wider belly band and durable straps. So far, a good value for the price. This belt has helped reduce daily fatigue and pain to allow him to get through the day.

Good support and the suspenders are elastic making it easy to keep it where you want it to be. Be sure and check the size chart because it doesn't correlate to your waist measurement.

I fail to understand how persons are giving this product 5 stars, the shoulder straps were extremely short. There is no information on how long they would have been so I banked on the pictures displayed, now the product is useless because the suspenders are too short even when fully extended
