Amazing hydration drink as could not get the RTD

On a medicine that requires tons of water this works great even while I’m working out to not consume as much water as I was but I don’t feel thirsty or dry mouth symptoms. Taste great and overall a great product that prevents dry mouth but you also drink WAY less water!

I usually dont like juices but oh my god it taste so good!!

A great tasting powdered electrolyte product. I know electrolytes is the hot fitness topic these last few years and it may be over used but this one tastes well and mixes quickly.

The taste is a little too much but it is effective and does work you use it in your water at the gym or after just drink more water after taking it

I was looking for different versions of hydration that would be comparable to Liquid IV-- this definitely seems to fit that bill! There are so many more flavor selections and you just can't go wrong with them. I've been a GHOST fan ever since they started making energy drinks, and they're not like the ones that you're used to. Great product, great flavors.
