This is an upgrade to my old cooker. The warm up time is half that of my old one. I've two genuine fan assisted ovens. I use the small one for our home (2 people) but come Christmas the bigger one will come handy. It was easy to self install. Operations is easy. Lots of options. The temperature is very accurate from what my probe said, so no complaints. For they price you can't fault this.

I ordered this double oven to replace an older version. I had my electrician put it in. Unfortunately the bottom oven wouldn’t work and it was not the clock setting but a fault. In the first instance I wanted a refund but thought I would have another try. Glad I did. When I contacted Amazon they were so amazing. Speedily arranging a replacement before Christmas. This oven is very clean tidy and works exceptionally. Very pleased would definitely recommend.

Does the job just what I was looking for

Can't fault it so far, a great upgrade on out old Hotpoint one, which served well for 8 years but the knobs were giving up. I like the flush pop-out knobs, and the clean modern styling, but most of all the even, consistent cooking. If there's a slight criticism, it's very slightly narrower inside thsn our old oven so one big tin doesn't sit properly on the (recessed) shelves, but that's splitting hairs. So far, delighted with it.

The oven is as advertised and was installed and works correctly. Although the item was advertised as "Free haul away" the delivery men categorically refused to unpack the new oven and take the old oven and packing away for recyling. Now with packing and old oven cluttering the kitchen after being told it was Amazons problem not theirs. Really cheesed off!

Ofen looks good and works well. However, the doors are not sitting tight on the oven but leave by design a small gap. This means that whenever the bottom door is opened when in use, the top door fogs up instantly which looks ugly and triggers it to need a clean; and any condensation water will drip on to the floor. I did one overnight roast to find my kitchen floor flooded and the cupboard under the oven full with water. I think this is a design issue rather then a fault with the oven I got.
