A friend recommended Theraflu Daytime Severe Cold Relief Powder in the Honey Lemon flavor, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. First of all, the taste is surprisingly good. I was expecting it to be super medicinal, but it’s actually soothing and has a warm, comforting honey-lemon flavor that’s easy to sip on. Within 20–30 minutes of drinking it, I felt noticeably better. The congestion eased up, my headache faded, and I had enough energy to get through the day without feeling totally miserable. It didn’t make me drowsy, which is a big plus for a daytime formula. I recently went to an urgent care clinic because I was feeling a bit woozy and not right and they looked in my throat and told me I had a throat ulcer which is basically like a cold sore in your throat. What they recommended to me was to take TheraFlu and several other things to minimize the irritation factor! I drank some of this and it definitely helps with throat pain! In fact today when I looked in my throat the problem looks almost resolved. It has been about two weeks since the problem started! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice!
