Too early to say
I’ve been taking this every day for about week, so not too long. The taste is ok, no side effects, mixes pretty good ( added mine to a water bottle and just shook it ). Hopefully time will tell if it’s working

Tastes good.
Tastes good but is difficult to get all to dissolve.

Not worth the price point
Won’t be buying this again. Just opened the container and it’s only half full. For the price point, I would expect more volume. Eyes are deceived.

Like the flavor
I put mine first in a cup with a little room temp water and mix then I add cold water. Fully dissolves if you let it sit over time and sip make sure you give your bottle a couple shakes it settles
