LOVE Monk Fruit - it is pure - it is sweet - I use it every day.
I don't use it for baking - I could, but I have not done so as yet. I use it in my tea and coffee - it is so sweet, but no bad after taste. Tastes like sugar but better!

This stuff is wonderful, I am losing tons of weight without giving up my slightly sweet coffee.
I really like this product and will buy it repeatedly without thinking about it. The price is more than fair. The packaging is well done and holds up to time, shelf durability. The product form and granulation is consistent and high quality. It keeps well on the shelf, as I use the 2 lb quantity buy size. Maybe one per year I will buy. This stuff is wonderful, I am losing tons of weight without giving up my slightly sweet coffee. It is just the kick I need to get over my use of sugar. Sugar turns out is really bad for you. When you are an old Geiser like me its best to get off of sugar altogether. This monk fruit is the safest form of artificial sweetener. It is peer reviewed the best form of artificial sweetener by far. * heart condition cautions apply like all man made substance. Please read up carefully if you have such medical ailments, and ask you r doctor. My doctor got a big smile when I told her I use it to get away from sugar. This compound is a real winner. I am gong to try making jello with it sometime I think. It is said to be ounce per ounce replacement directly (by measure)sugar substitute. That means one tsp makes whatever just as sweet as 1 tsp of actual granulated sugar (death powder. ) That makes it so much easier to gauge and use, like normal. I find it is true and makes life easy. I can't say enough good about it. It also does not give a funky after taste like other artificial compound sugars. This stuff is man made and should be used in good judgement and prudence. But it is such a great blessing to have. If I had to give up my coffee I would be one grouchy dragon grampa.

Clear Winner of Sugar Alternatives!
Love this stuff, the clear winner on my taste buds for sugar alternatives! Satisfies the sweet tooth, but no yukky aftertaste! I have tried all the alternatives to sugar and they all leave a nasty aftertaste behind them. This is the only product that has a clean taste for me and has become a staple in my kitchen in place of cane sugar.

Great sweetener use it all the, consistency of sugar
It looks like sugar, tastes like sugar and it's better for a diabetic than honey. Or so I've been told. You will have to check it out yourself. I have ordered it several times.

Disappointed by Strong Chemical Smell and Misleading Ingredients
I was excited to try this monk fruit sweetener, but unfortunately, the product has a strong, unpleasant chemical odor that completely ruins it for me. It's advertised as a monk fruit sweetener with erythritol, but the main ingredient is actually erythritol, which feels like false advertising. This misleading labeling makes me question the integrity of the brand and its commitment to transparency. The smell is almost artificial, leading me to wonder about the quality of the ingredients and how it's processed. It seems like the erythritol or the additives in this blend aren't pure. The packaging might also be contributing to the issue, as it seems like the materials are affecting the product inside. Whatever the case, I won't be buying this brand again—there are far better monk fruit sweeteners out there that don't smell or taste off.
