Amazing product

i love it , i bought this as a backup to my laptop that was under maintenance with the intention to return if i didn't like it .I had few questions to the seller that have been answered on a timely manner ( next day ) , they were helpful m advised me of the possible upgrades to the device ( which i did alone after that ) it was easy . now i bought a portable monitor with the intention of using this device as main device all the time , it is even lighter than having a normal laptop with similar specs. thank you for the seller and their team.

This is after about 6 months of use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this PC for someone who needs basic functionality in a home environment. This is my first mini-pc. I am not a computer nerd, but I use them everyday for work. First things first, it works flawlessly with Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The pc is completely silent, even when in heavy use. I bought this as the new house computer to replace our laptops. Our laptops were slow to start up and their age was beginning to show. Even after cleaning up disk space on the laptop, if it wasn't being used for several days, it would take 15 minutes to boot up to normal functionality. This mini-pc boots up in about 15 seconds (see video). It is absolutely amazing. There is nothing slow about this computer. I use it for streaming, Excel worksheets, and some simple gaming (think StarCraft and Rollercoaster Tycoon types of games). I haven't not tried a AAA game on it. I can use Zoom or Google Meet with no lag. It is worth noting that I have it connected via Ethernet. It does connect to wifi fine also. I believe Windows came loaded, so that was a simple setup. It makes my life so much easier when I need to browse the web on a large monitor as opposed to my phone screen. I might buy another one for my living room TV just for the streaming and browser functionality on a big screen.

This computer, like several of the other minis I have purchased from Bee-Link, runs flawlessly, was easy to set up and update, is not bogged down with "craplications", and puts out very good video. Note that I am not a gamer, so ultra-fast video is FAR from my needs. But, for amateur photo editing, spreadsheet processing, word processing, the internet, and other needs, it is absolutely perfect. The fit and finish is good inside and out, it runs cool. The only gripe I have with it is the same I have with all of my Bee-Link computers: the USB "A" ports are inverted. Not a big thing in most cases but it is nice to , say, have a thumb drive marked with its capacity facing right side up. I also bought a fingerprint reader for use on it but as the port is inverted, I can't use it. If the folks at Bee-Link read these reviews: please change this annoying fault on what are, otherwise, fine little computers.

This is the 3rd one. first 2 i got from a different provider and had no stickers on the unit and all no name parts inside. One just didn't even work. This is the real one all stickers just as pictured and name brand parts inside. Runs great windows 11pro registered. So far great and it was also cheaper.

Fulfills it's purpose but it does glitch a bit often. Moves the cursor, scrolls on its own and randomly closes out folders that you're working on.
