I am very disappointed with both the product quality and Longway’s after-sales service. My geyser started leaking water while it was still under warranty. I raised multiple complaints and sent numerous emails before a technician finally visited my home. However, he did not repair the geyser because he said the required spare parts were unavailable and that he would escalate the case. Even after waiting for more than 20 days, no one contacted me, and the issue remained unresolved. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay for the repair even though the product was under warranty. I had no choice but to pay the amount despite the warranty coverage. This experience has been extremely frustrating. A warranty should mean free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects, not repeated follow-ups and additional charges. The lack of communication, delayed service, and poor customer support have completely destroyed my confidence in this brand. I would not recommend Longway products to anyone based on my experience. I hope the company improves its product quality and customer service so that other customers do not have to face the same inconvenience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Longway India. I have registered multiple service complaints for my geyser, but no technician has visited, and my issue is still unresolved. The customer service is very poor, and there is no proper response or follow-up. This has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend Longway India due to their poor after-sales service and lack of customer support.
