Excellent quality as expected from Sony. Writing after more than two years of purchase. Using it with home theater and enjoying pictures and sound. Full theater experience. Good that I finally bought 65 inch TV because of which we get true theatre experience. I got nice discount also through online purchase which was more than offline store.

The audio, video and product quality is top notch, the assembly was done pretty quickly the same day. It is a steal deal at this price. The new remote is pretty slick.

Great product
Sony TVs generally have excellent picture processing, natural colours, and motion handling. The main downside many people notice is the slightly longer startup time—once it’s on, though, the viewing experience is hard to beat.

Unacceptable quality – Avoid at any cost!
TV worked fine for the first 1.5 years, but suddenly died without warning. Since it only comes with a 1-year warranty, the technician informed me that the motherboard failed and the replacement will cost ₹15,000. We barely even used the TV maybe 1 to 2 hours a day at most. What is the point of paying a premium for a reputed brand like Sony if the product can't even last two years? This is actually my second bad experience; I previously bought a Sony music player that also developed hardware issues. It feels like Sony has completely lost its quality control. Meanwhile, we have a Samsung TV in our house that has been running perfectly for 15 years. I highly recommend avoiding Sony and looking into other, because you are paying premium, in return you are getting third quality product. Save your money.
