I couldn't be more than happier to have this golf putting tutor. It really helps my putting skills. I spend hours practicing putting. The good thing about this putting tutor is that I can also practice at home or the office on a carpet any time of the day. Second, it has a straight line to guide and check the accuracy of the movement. Third, there are three sets of ball bearings with different narrowness that you must practice to pass through. Fourth, it also helps train the green reading. Of course, it all takes time. That is not easy for me. But I'd expect my putts to drop soon!

I finally got a chance to put this through its paces, having retired recently. The first thing I noticed was no instructions, but it wasn't too difficult to grok after reviewing the pictures in the actual product listing. It did help me straighten things out with a little use, but I found the loose steel balls to be annoying. If you miss your put and hit one (or three) you will be chasing them around to reseat them for your next attempt. Fortunately, unless you really whack it, the balls don't tend to stray too far. I'm tempted to just glue them onto the board so they stay put!

Seems like an OK product but there are no instructions or tutorial guides with it. I have played with it and it seems that the object is to get me to swing straight enough that the steel balls aren't disturbed. Maybe in conjunction with a putting tutorial this could be an additional tool to aid in developing a good putting stroke. It is nicely packaged with a nice pouch to store it. It would just be a lot more useful if it came with some guidance on how to use this particular device.
