I bought this item to use with Beach Body's P90X2. A great deal of this workout involves fighting to maintain balance. Nearly every warm up involves a stability ball. It is also used during the workout portion of most of the videos.The quality of the ball is perfect. There is absolutely nothing I would change about it. Outside of workouts, though, this has become a favorite chair amongst the children at home. So much so that I have purchased three more balls. As I write this, I'm actually at the office sitting on one of these balls. As the other reviews noted, you'll have to pump it up, sit on it, pump it up again, until it's stretched out. I sit on this most of the day at the office and simply feel better when I sit on this than the garbage chairs they have 'round here.I cannot understand how the price is as low as it is. You can buy junk at a dollar store for a similar price. So, for a negligible price, you get an item that is an outstanding exercise tool, a very usable piece of furniture, and a great toy for active outdoor play.I cannot say enough good things about this stability ball. For the price, I'm super happy.

I’d give it a 5 but I had to use a different pump I had on hand. The part the hose slips onto was attached to the bigger pump head. Which is too big to use to inflate the 55 cm ball. And even using needle nose pliers I couldn’t pull it out.The ball & the instructions on how to inflate were great. I’m happy with the value.**** Update- I changed it to 5 stars. My teenager- while laughing hysterically at her mother- showed me that the two pump heads stack. So the pump works beautifully. It was all user error lol

I bought this ball for my wife. She's taking some pilates classes and she wants to practice at home too. She said it is great for working posture and good to improve her back pain. I decided to purchase this specific brand because I had already purchased swim goggles from the same brand and I know the produts are high quality and have great customers service.

I ordered a 55 CM as the box was marked. Inside is a 65 CM. It’s too large for my purpose.

Didn't have any defects that I could see, use it for its intended purpose and it also is the perfekt height for me to put my feet up after work from my computer chair. =)

As a beginning fitness student (at age 72), it is important that I have the correct instruction and equipment to accomplish my goals but also stay safe. My trainer suggested that I invest in an exercise ball to maximize workout yet minimize impact on an aging body. The Limm Exercise ball is perfect for this. It came to me as advertised and was easy to inflate and to use.

Exceptional product. Worth every penny. I got this to help with my physical therapy and it has helped tremendously. I would recommend to anyone.

We ordered this ball, which is suppose to be 55cm or roughly 22 inches, but it is actually 45cm or 17". We thought it was just a mistake, so we ordered a replacement and that one is the same. Other than the size difference, the ball is "very sturdy" and came as described. I can't imagine "anyone" bursting this ball. Will update review in 6 months.
