How long does it take for assembly?

Generally speaking, if two people work together and carefully follow the instructions step by step, it can be completed in less than an hour. We also are willing to provide help anytime.

How to transfer heat better?

For smoking, charcoal is typically placed only in the side chamber, where the heat is transferred to the main chamber. The charcoal capacity for the side chamber is 1.5 lbs at most. For grilling, no more than 4.4 lbs is better for the main part.

Does it have a temperature gauge?

Yes. the offset smoker has a built-in standing temperature gauge that indicates temperature changes instantly and is positioned away from the grill body for durability. We also provide service if any other parts arrive damaged.

What is the offset smoker made of?

As for the cooking grates & warming rack, it is made of porcelain-enameled cast iron. The main body and lid is a kind of heavy-duty steel construction for better heat preservation.

Does it come with a cover?

No, the smoker grill does not come with a cover included. Cover it when not in use, especially during rain or humid seasons. If storing for winter, ensure it's completely dry first and kept in a covered area. 2 wheels design is easy to move inside.
