Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 8" and 10" Frying Pan Set, Silver Ash

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Calphalon baked into these ceramic nonstick pans, but the first morning I used them, I swear I woke up feeling like a Michelin‑star chef who had been touched by a dream. The moment the pan warmed, it was like the kitchen lights dimmed, a spotlight hit the stove, and a gentle voice whispered, “Chef, you may begin.” I cracked an egg, and instead of the usual chaos, it glided into the pan like a ballerina landing a perfect pirouette. No sticking. No tearing. No sadness. Just pure, golden perfection. Cooking in these pans feels unreal — like the food wants to cooperate. Vegetables sauté themselves. Excellent pans, the nonstick works perfectly, and the sizes are perfect. Cleaning is a breeze.

I use these every day now. I have the premier version, but I prefer these less expensive ones because they are lighter and heat up and cool off faster. Easy on the arms for older people. Great for the RV. These are slightly smaller in diameter and about half the thickness of the premier version with hollow handles. The quality seems excellent and the ceramic coating seems to be the same as the more expensive ones. I usually only use low to medium heat so I can't say what high heat might do to them. But the ceramic non stick is holding up much better than my other non stick pans and still working fine after many uses.

For the most part these have been great, occasionally something will stick but for the most part it doesn’t and even when it does stick it comes off easily when washing.

Love these pans. Use them a lot. they clean up easily. Learned it's best to use butter or oil when cooking as opposed to cooking sprays.
