Ultimate SupportTS-80B Speaker Stand - Black

I would suggest anyone needing a stand to go with this one.

I work in acoustical engineering and I came across this model stand at a client's property a few weeks ago. I could not believe how lightweight and wide the base was whilst extending nearly 10'. I am mainly using this to support a Davis Weather Station when needed on week long field visits in an outside environment.I had 4 of these at my disposal to hold microphones, etc. I could not be more pleased with their sturdiness and weather resistance. The top of the anemometer comes to nearly, if not 10'. I left the weather station on a high berm where wind was present throughout the week and I am pleased to say it did not tip over.I will use it as a speaker stand as well for STC testing, but I have yet to so far. I may order many more in the future.Buy this stand if you need a lightweight, thick tubed and tall solution.

This ultimate support stand seems to be of very good quality. I've only used it a few months but I know it will last. The construction is good & it's well thought out. The adapter is a plus.I've seen them in retail stores for about $50 more. I use it to hold a PA speaker of about 50 lbs. I'm sure it could handle double that. I work in rowdy bars & it would take a lot to knock it over ,so I feel the customers & my equipment are safe. I would recommend this product to fellow musicians.

A good buy

Only stand to get. My old ones have been used over 400 times in 5 years and are still going. Assuming these will last just as long

Sturdy enough for our needs. The packaging was adequate. I think they will last for a good while. Not liking entirely the way the legs move to side rather than straight out. Probably sturdier that way but harder to open.
