What kind of response other than what the mfr gave you do you expect? "No, we torture the queen and then kill her"?  No one is gonna tell you that! Think: HOW do they get milk out of bees? Btw, royal jelly is NEVER made by the queen. It's made by worker bees to feed the queen. So she becomes fat & big. Bees are here to pollinate the earth so humans and animals alike can eat. 
People who keep bees treat them well for the most part or they'd be stung to death. But how do they get milk out of the beehive? Maybe find a documentary. Does it harm the queen? No, she's not involved. If she's a queen she already had enough royal jelly.  For the rest, bee products are super healing but the olive oil is probably cut with GMOs. Look that up: olive oil exported to USA is fake over 90% of the time. So do you really think if she found REAL olive she would waste it in face creams? Or would she eat it? PS: Olive oil is super greasy AND comedogenic. Like coconut oil, what is good INSIDE of you isn't necessarily so outside (on your SKIN!) Hope this helps and sorry if you don't like my direct wording, I am autistic and I have not been taught any other way to communicate but with the truth, which is often harsh but I don't aim to be.

Have you tried Mederma? Or cortisone infection shot into scar can fade it.  Medicine Mama doesn't fade surgical scars that I know of.
