He has tried several different pre-workout and post-workout powders and pills, and he says this is comparable to others he has tried, but not something he would spend this amount of money for on a regular basis because of the recommended serving size each time - The bottle says to take FOUR pills as a normal dosage for this product. I think the price is high for the serving size to be so large every time, but he does like using them and says they do give him extra energy to get through his workouts. Alright, I've been trying to give this product a little time to prove itself to me, but I might be using it wrong. I'm not sure if this is one of those products that you have to take consistently to see results or if you're supposed to see the effects soon after taking it, like your average powder pre-workout (the latter seems to be the case with some of the other reviewers). Either way, I took it consistently for a while and then waited a bit and took it before an extra hard workout, and honestly while I seem to have a little more endurance than usual, I didn't feel any sort of power burst like some of the other reviewers described. I have had excellent results in the past with some of the ingredients that are sometimes found in pre-workout powder and with increases in strength over time from supplements such as arginine, which is also an ingredient. I might try it again to see if I experience better results, but the price tag is high, and there's only 15 servings, so over two and a half bucks per serving is too much for me when I get much more noticeable boosts from a powdered pre-workout. Again, though, instructions and help are vague so I might have unrealistic expectations. A sample of the product was provided at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

Honestly, I wanted to review this product the first time I used it. I waited to try fir at least 3 consecutive days... I SWEAR by this product. The label (ingredients) is unbelievably AWESOME. My ability to hang in class and sweat and not get fatigued is unbelievable! Love this. My next bottle is already in my cart!

No2 has been proven to increase energy and give your muscles a pump for an extended workout. Of course your libido will increase with the added blood flowing through your body. Take products with care and always research ingredients. If you have any side effects stop taking immediately. I have researched most of the ingredients in this and they all are proven to increase test and are supposed to be safe. This has so much good stuff for helping your workout, I won't list it all just look at the picture I included.Great boost/pump with no crash, no bad taste and no stomach issues.You will notice the difference the first time you use it, it doubled the amount of time I usually work out.Good packaging and quick delivery from vendor.I received this product at discount in exchange for an honest review.
