You on Keto? These are lifesavers!
Listen there is a smidge of sugar alcohol taste and the chocolate isn’t as good at masking the flavor as the blueberry flavor but these are banging. This is the fifth batch of muffins I’ve got and here are my pros and cons, as someone on keto Omad. Pros Hits the spot - it’s not a real muffin neither in size or that moist cakeyness since it’s on the more crumbly side. However despite all this it tastes good and the texture isn’t bad once you get used to it. Macros are great for what it is - 10 grams of protein, 2 net grams of carbs for the chocolate flavor and 200 calories. I wouldn’t make it a staple at every meal but for the occasional treat you really can’t go wrong. Con’s Freshness - so far out of the 5 batches I’ve got of these. 2 of the 3 blueberry flavor have been moister than one the fourth one I haven’t opened yet. The chocolate flavor has been somewhere in between moist and dry. But if it’s dry I’ll just have water or a protein shake on the side to hit protein goals. Outside of that honestly as long as you know you aren’t getting a full fledge muffin you really can’t go wrong.

Average size, not huge.
These are an average sized muffin, not a giant one. They are a good snack and tasty for a sugar free treat. They are not a really moist muffin, but they are good. I order them often to have for breakfast with coffee. I eat largely low carb and these help.

Tastes great but somewhat dry which is expected
Good nutrition if somewhat dry but still good tasting.

Dry as the Sahara...
...but still so good. Yes, these muffins are incredibly dry. I like to have some water or almond milk nearby when I'm eating them. Still, they taste great. Dryness aside, they also have a great texture and consistency. They have just enough protein to keep me full until dinnertime (I usually have one as an afternoon snack). Definitely recommend them if you want some dessert but don't want to eat a lot of sugar.

Quest does it again! Yay protein snacks!
Mine weren’t hard at all—I see someone mentioned there’s were. I know they are muffins but I was surprised how big the box was lol! Had same crumble factor maybe even slightly less than a real muff. Love these for a quick protein lunch since I have 2 babies under 2 I need to be able to grab something fast. Really tasty especially for 1g of sugar. I’m always impressed with the creative stuff quest and other protein companies are coming out with for snacks… and very grateful. I got my pack a couple bucks off so definitely worth trying and I’d buy them again. I bet they are also tasty warmed up with a little butter on top! ***I just wish they made a poppyseed version that—would be amazing!***

Very dry.
These muffins are really dry which makes them hard to eat unless you slather them with butter. Otherwise, the flavor isn't bad. I probably will not purchase them again.

YUM!
These are soooo good! Honestly, they taste like I'm cheating on my Keto diet I cut them in half, warm them in the microwave for about 20 seconds, and slap some butter on them. OMG so good!

Way too dry!
Sadly Quest, you didn't do enough testing with these before putting them on the shelves. First, the positive... The taste is fine. They did taste like muffins. They were, however, way too dry! As though the baker was a first timer. They need to be way more moist. I don't toss food, I was raised better than that. However, after I choked down the first one, with copious drinks of water, I am using up the rest by drizzling my 'not real honey' over them. I tried that yesterday, and as well as adding to the need for MORE flavor, it moistened it up a bit. Not enough for me to buy more until you improve them GREATLY!! I figured if the cookies were wonderful, which they are, you had to know how to bake cake without it being so dry... Apparently not! Please don't make anymore muffins until you actually have a tester that agrees, they are the best! Thank you for your time.
