Vraiment pas mal
Vraiment pas mal au niveau du gout ( je met 3/4 d'eau et 1/4 de lait ). Niveau satiété, au début ça cale bien mais seulement pendant 3 à 4h. Personnellement, je prend une demi-dose ou une dose par jour en plus de deux repas pas trop chargé, généralement le matin ou le soir, ( en plus de quelque chose de léger ). Je ne vous conseille pas de boire seulement ça à midi sinon vous risquez d'avoir faim. Ça fait un peu de grumeaux, mais sans plus. J'ai perdu environs 1,5 kilos en une semaine sans trop forcer et sans faire de sport. Je referais une cure pendant plus longtemps en augmentant les quantité de poudre et diminuant les "vrais" repas. Bonne découverte.

No idea how this product is highly rated. The taste is horrible, and if you want to get a return, YOU have to pay for shipping costs — which is more expensive than the product itself. So it’s a scam, stay far away from this product.
