I have purchased several different doorbells and this is most definitely the best. Actually this is my second. I previously purchased one several years ago. I wanted a doorbell for the back door so I put that one on the back and purchased a different type. Actually I purchased several different types and they did not compare to this one. I was tired of buying different doorbells and decided to buy the one that has always worked well for me. So, after trying different doorbells and wasting a lot of money I just purchased this one again. As I already knew, it works perfectly. The picture quality is great. This one is an upgrade because the other one I have was purchased in 2019 or 2020. I most definitely recommend

Works great easy to set up

Bought to blend into some plants on the front door for some non-obvious surveillance. Was unaware this thing has so many lights (had to cover them with black tape), its larger than expected, and has an annoying (and very un-needed) voice prompter that wont stop talking until you completely set it up. 2 days in and battery is @ 90%, meaning will have to recharge every 10 days or so. Cant turn off the camera if not needed. Only way to turn off is to completely take down the camera and remove the battery. Why is there no on/off option in the app? If you dont put an SD card in, videos are saved to cloud (might still be saved to cloud even If you do use SD card) but there is no included information on how to reach this cloud. Cant delete the videos using the app either. So no idea where videos are being stored, and no way to check/remove them. Feels like im giving someone free data. Also lags pretty bad. Put it in my entry way, walked by it, and got no notification. Walked by it again, and was given a notification of my first walk by. No good if you want real time notifications. Someone could just walk up to the door, do whatever, and before I get a chance to even know someone was at my door, they could already be gone. Set up was also a pain. QR code wouldn’t work, had to try like 20xs as that was my preferred connection method. Would have packed it up and sent it back, but took a while for me to get around to setting it up and the return window closed.Edit: downgraded from two starts to one. Gave two stars for the fact that besides all else, it could at least potentially capture video. been a full day, got only like 3 notifications while using in an apartment complex (people are usually walking up and down the halls). Went back to check the notifications, and like I said before, it lags so much, that nothing is recorded. By the time it starts recording the person has already passed. What also may affect this is the narrow scope. It essentially only records right in front the only way to capture more is to be far away from the camera. If in a place like a hall way, even with the motion sensitivity set to high, it can’t catch figures. You likely have to be right in front, and by the time it registers that there is someone right in front to start recording, they’ve already passed by. Fine if you just want to see packages or something being dropped off, not fine if you are using for security surveillance.

Took a little bit of time to get setup once finished it works great, Nice picture quality and sound. Very happy with it!!!

This is an excellent doorbell security device. The camera works great and provides very clear monitoring even at night. The fact that video snippets are automatically uploaded to the cloud is a big plus. You can also monitor the camera on a real-time basis if needed. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this very nicely-priced device! Update: The device has now been in continuous use for 2 months and 1 week and the batteries are still going strong at 67% charged. I don't much "traffic" where I live, so that undoubtedly allows the batteries to hold a charge longer. Even so, I'm extremely pleased with how my doorbell camera is performing to date!

I've had security cameras before and this was by far the easiest to set up. Not sure if it's a common fault but where it clicks in at the bottom I had to bend the plastic prong to get it to sit securely in place, but apart from that good quality sturdy product with very clear images.

cost effective and great value for the price

Good camera, but delayed notification only occasionally show what was moving outside my house. Could not talk to someone at the door when I was away from the house, although I could see them ringing the bell. Final straw, two cold nights and the battery dropped from 60% to 0.

gook for the price easy set up

High quality amazing view crystal clear so easy to set up, with voice prompting really highly recommend outstanding value for money I will definitely be purchasing another shortly
