This thing is the real deal. I have purchased a few cooling cases in the past and none have performed anywhere near as well as this has. It somehow manages to be cool to the touch, even more so than the temperature of the room. As if it has a built in cooling system. Amazing cover for an already amazing pillow. Soft, comfortable, washable, good thickness for long lasting durability. Worth every penny.

Extremely cool pillow, I used it on my classic king size pillow and it worked, even though it’s for the Eden. Might be slightly less cool due to the denser foam however.

I use a regular pillowcase over the Coop pillowcase. Perhaps that's why I get just the right amount of cooling for me rather than too much as some have complained.

I was very nervous about this purchase… I’m odd about textures and especially when it comes to my face. I was so happy with my purchase after a few nights with the new pillow case! The seams do not bug me as it isn’t where my face is and the zipper is up at the top and I do not even notice it. The cooling feature is crazy - I have never had any type of cooling pillow case or sheet before this but it is soooo refreshing

Got a spare cover for the most comfortable pillow I ever bought. And I bought at least 6 or 8 other pillows only to find out they were not as comfortable as they advertised. Love the adjustable filling of the Coop pillow.

My wife loves this pillow and case and I think it's better than the Parallel and its cover in quality, cooling, and softness. I should get the Casper by the end of the week but I'd say this pillow is definitely a keeper for most people as it's super comfortable and soft. One small complaint is the border around the pillow is a bit rough, although I've gotten used to it now. Neither of these are deal breakers for myself, but everyone is different.

It’s great….comfortable and cool

This is a very interesting example of how important it is to pay attention to details in product listings. I got the Cool + Crescent pillow and immediately realized that none of my pillowcases would work. It’s a completely different shape that would require special pillowcases. When I I ordered these, I saw pillowcase and assumed they would work. Here’s where I made a mistake, apparently, my definition of pillowcase is different than Coop’s. These are just extra pillow covers like the one that originally came with it. They are slippery and have zippers and are what I was trying to avoid by ordering pillowcases. I read the title and didn’t pay enough attention to the details of the description. It was my fault that I didn’t pay more attention. These “pillowcases” were delayed and took a long time to get to me. When I went to return them, the only option was to do it through the USPS. That meant I would have to find a box, generate a label, and take it to a post office. I don’t have a printer, so I requested Amazon send me one by mail (for a fee). A few weeks later, I realized I never got the label and my window for the return was rapidly closing. It was frustrating and made me mad but I didn’t have the bandwidth to keep dealing with these stupid “pillowcases” so I just pitched them in the back of the closet where I will probably forget all about them. I’ve been a loyal Coop customer in the past but will be buying g a different brand when I need new pillows.
