Casual, busty girl's new favorite
I wasn't looking for this item but it was suggested while looking for large bust nursing bras and I became intrigued. At first I scoffed at the price but the other reviews intrigued me. My family makes fun of me for leaving bras in random places around the house when I decide I've had enough underwire and can't take it anymore. BUT my chest is so large, going without support is painful. This shirt is so comfortable. I feel like I can be more relaxed in my home, free from underwire, but not so loose as to cause other problems. I ended up using it as a nursing shirt too, though I do think that wears a bit extra on the stitching at the bottom of the v neck. It's super soft and comfy. One star off because it came with a strong perfume scent that took a few washes to get rid of. I also would not wear this out if the house because I like my sad girls to be hiked up when in public.

Highly Sensitive Person?
I have several bra issues, and here is how the BreastNest addressed them. First, I am six feet tall, and I was concerned that this product would attempt to place my breasts somewhere up near my shoulders. I have always had to lengthen bra straps all the way, and sports bras were an item of torture wherein my breasts would fall out the bottom. The BreastNest leaves my breasts where they grow. What that would mean for a shorter person, I don't know.Second, I subscribe to the theory that bras are responsible for a great deal of the breast cancer that exists, putting pressure on the lymphatic system so that it can't drain. (I believe the books Dressed to Kill and Get It Off! address this, although I have not read them). For this reason, I have gone braless most of my life. However, now that I resemble the Saggy Baggy Elephant, that's kind of an embarrassing look. Even I have succumbed to cultural pressure. My solution has mostly been to layer a couple of extra shirts on when going out, but now that I live in southern Arizona, that doesn't work so much.Leading me to my third issue. Bra bands drive me NUTS! A couple of hours in a bra and I am in horrible, itchy pain, scratching under there until I bleed, sometimes. I have tried cotton and silk bras, thinking that the problem might be latex, but, whatever, I cannot wait to tear those things off. I've tried powder, lotion, and cortisone creme. The only "cure" is two days off for every two hours on. I think perhaps that I am a Highly Sensitive Person (www.hsperson.com). Labels in clothes drive me nuts. If I wear a t-shirt to bed, I always wear it inside out so the seams won't scratch me. The teeniest piece of sand in my bed feels like... well, not a boulder, but for sure a pebble. I read another review in which the person mentioned that she wore her BreastNest inside out, so I felt confident that that would be a possibility if the stitching bothered me.So here's how it went: First, the labels in the side seam had to go. The one at the back of the neck does not bother me at all. I was pleased to see that the band under the breasts is sewn so that the seam is to the outside so that there is no seam against the body. When I first got it, I was still sore from wearing a bra the day before. I was able to wear it for eight hours, but the place where the elastic overlapped bothered me. I was also pleased to find that if I want to wear a conventional bra, I can put it on over the BreastNest and it provides a few extra layers of protection. I tried wearing my BreastNest inside out, but I find that the stitching is more hidden wearing it right side out. Another feature I like is the skirt, which is plenty long enough to go down into my pants without popping out, and it prevents the waistband of the pants from chafing me. Bonus!I have wondered at times what the point of the BreastNest is, since it pretty much feels like not wearing a bra. I can see it's use in the summer and for a sleeping bra to keep heat rash at bay. It's winter now, so that's not much of a problem, and I think that the slight band irritation would make its use for sleeping not so appealing for me myself, but I think I should try it. It is also great for hiding the headlights, and actually, I guess it does reduce the floppiness that I find so embarrassing in public. And if I do wear a bra on top of it, it prevents the between-the-breast sweatiness. Whereas a regular bra is a ten on the drive-me-nuts scale, the BreastNest is a one or two. If there happen to be any other Princesses And The Pea out there, I can vouch for the BreastNest. I hope someone out there has been helped by this review.

BreastNest camisole
Purchased the BreastNest Camisole in black. After wearing for the 1st time, I will say it does what I expected it to do - separate and contain. The fabric is nice quality and soft. It is doubled fabric in the upper area. My breasts were comfortable in it. There are 2 things I don't like: 1) the elastic band that is under the breasts and goes around the body and 2) the depth of the V-neck.While the elastic band is nicely covered (a plus!), it is too thick (about 1" in width) and a bit too tight for my liking. I bought it in the hopes it would not be too tight near some surgical incisions and would be more comfortable than the band of a bra. I would like to see a thinner width elastic band. The V-neck is a deep V and doesn't quite cover as much of my chest as I'd like. I would try a smaller size to see if the V was smaller but I am worried the elastic band would be too tight. I may end up pinning or stitching the shoulders up so that the V doesn't expose as much. While it is nicely made, the price is a little steep. I have to wear it more to see if I'll purchase another one.

Very comfortable
Soft and very comfortable. Needed to go to another bra sizing site to work out calculation for cup size (that was a revelation!). Sizing was accurate to measurements given. Have two, will buy more when my size becomes available again. Expensive, but I do value comfort a lot. I'd be happy to wear these bras every day. The oh-so-comfortable wide shoulder straps do show with scoop necked tops, but for the comfort I am usually prepared to live with that. Would only buy the Breeze style because of warm Brisbane climate.
