This is a cool product. If you need greater durability for your fingers, these are a good option. I actually use these for two purposes, one for using knives, and the other for playing the bass guitar. For the first one, they are made of the same kind of material as other anti-cut gloves, so they work well enough. They will protect your fingers against slipping blades. They give you a good quantity, so you don’t run out fast. The elastic band at the end of the opening keeps the finger cots held to your fingers.For playing the bass guitar, I needed something to give my fingers more durability, because you use your bare fingers while plucking the bass strings. For any bass players, this is a great option, because you can play with more energy into the strings, and your fingers/calluses won’t go raw. This extra resistant padding has transformed the bass playing experience, because you can command the instrument much more and play with confidence.

I bought these to help myself stop biting my fingers, figuring that they'd be a better long-term solution than covering my fingertips with band-aids. They work great! They're comfortable and can stand up to a lot of use with very little wear and tear, the elastic stays stretchy for a long time, and they fit comfortably on any of my fingers and stay in place with very little effort. The only downside is that they look kind of unfinished - there's a bunch of loose threads on most of them where the elastic is tied in place which can be annoying. I also wish they came in more colors, if I'm gonna be wearing these long term it'd be nice to be able to accessorize/co-ordinate more, but I get that not everyone is using them long-term like me, and the black and white pattern isn't ugly at least. Overall: useful and comfortable!

Great product although they are too tight on the middle finger so my middle finger began to get numb from it cutting off the circulation. The way they fit could definitely be improved.

My wife purchased these to keep her fingers out of her mouth. She's been a nail biter since she's had teeth. While these are comfortable to wear and keep her from biting a couple of her fingernails, they do not stay on. The elastic is not so strong to keep them up. She's constantly pulling them up to stay on her fingers as she does things around the house. If she were to just sit and watch TV or type on the computer, these are great, but performing other tasks, like folding laundry, can be burdensome to wear these. However, she still wears them every once in awhile, but not as much as she thought she would when she ordered. The excitement did not last.

They are comfortable & attractive but will not stay on my fingers. They pop off all the time. I put some vaseline on my finger first to see if that helped - NOPE! I even wore a rubber finger cot underneath and it still didn't help. So I am very disappointed to say the least.

I bought this product because I'd injured my thumb and broken the nail. I was wearing bandages for a while until it healed up -- but I still wanted to keep it covered because I didn't want to catch my broken nail on anything. I didn't want to wear the rubber covers all day; I wanted something that could breathe. These were absolutely perfect. Yes, the elastic in the opening stretches out a bit. I had to swap it out after about a day to a day and a half. But they stayed on just fine and worked great for protecting my nail.

It is almost impossible to get these on my fingers. I can only slide them onto the tips of my fingers which much of the cot is hanging off my finger. No way I can get them on my thumbs. They're way too small. I'm 5'9" with maybe medium size hands/fingers.

I work in a metal fab shop and when running production parts on the press brake all day, my hands would be dried and crack. These have helped reduce that and i dont sweat like with the rubber ones. When doing whats called a bump roll were i let each peice slip through my fingers 14 to 20 times each pc so it rounds the metal, it has really made a difference. I only wear on thumbs and index fingers which leave my other fingers free to engage with the machines touch moniter for constat adjustments.
