Some wheat grass products taste awful but Sweet Wheat tastes even better than fresh in my opinion. It's shipped in glass bottles so no out gassing from plastic into the product. You can feel it's doing you good. Nothing added, completely natural & organically grown & quickly freeze dried. After tasting this you won't want to take any other wheat grass packaged product. Growing your own or buying fresh, you will get more prana probably but it takes really a lot of time to grow your own & then it gets moldy & is a problem. Buying trays is quicker but juicing & washing the juicer takes time. Buying a shot when in the health food store probably isn't regular enough to make much difference to health. Sweet Wheat is so convenient just needs to be refrigerated, spooned into a little water & down it goes. You know exactly what you are taking. Great for building up the blood & giving an energy boost. Wish it was cheaper but .... Recommended!

Having spent a week at a detox center where we juiced our own freshly grown and cut wheatgrass, I can say this is the next best thing to freshly cut and juiced! In fact, knowing I was coming back to Italy and wouldn't be able to grow or buy my own, the center suggested this as the best alternative and they were right. It takes just like the real thing and is great quality. I mix it with water or add to a green juice and know that I'm doing my body so much good! Amazon had the best price and I will keep ordering. The only complaint is the large bottle that is only half full, but I bought two and combined them into one bottle for travel so it worked out. LOVE!

I have to admit the taste of this product is very nice.. much nicer than other green mixes I have had before.. however, I was disappointed when I looked in the jar and 2/3 of the jar was empty. I was told this is due to 'settling' in packaging.. really? must a jar so big be used to ship such a small amount? There was also no measuring spoon, and when I contacted the company, they shipped one to me with a smaller bottle of Sweet Wheat. I have had this for a while, and noticed that it tends to 'cake' really badly... gets very hard.. it does not dissolve well but takes a bit of stirring.. however, the taste and the benefits outweigh the problem dissolving this.

Big bottle half full - why not cut high price and use a small bottle. Tastes & smells really good. I bought this hoping it would mix in water [cold,warm] w/ a teaspoon so my aged mom could benefit but it doesn't work as extremely fine powder - need a blender etc. So i'm now using it but personally will not buy again as swanson.com has it in soft/chewable? tablet form @ much lower price - all their products have been great and there are customer reviews of each. Prices are very good & shipping is quick.

I grow my own wheat grass in the summer because it hardly molds since I have the air conditioner on. The sweet wheat give me the same energy boost as my home grown wheat, however it does not have that sweet after taste like my home grown wheat. This will be my choice for winter.

Good supplement! I take with V8 to hide the taste and get another veggie serving. I take it daily and it assures I get the green veggies that I need that otherwise I don't get.

Tastes good. Clumps a bit in water but you have to keep storing it, will buy again.
