Excellent machine that does its job efficiently. Also very important is that the consumables are very reasonably priced on Amazon. I have Milagrow vacuums also but they rip you when you purchase their brushes, etc. The battery life is also good and the mapping accurate.

The product is bad and the service is even more pathetic. I bought this in Dec and facing issues since day 1. The vaccum was not working & had multiple issues. I reported the issue and they sent a technician that didn't know anything about the vaccum, I had to tell him basic functionality of vaccum app and spent 4-5 hours calling his seniors and trying random things with Vaccum to eventually end up saying now they have to take the vaccum to service centre. I asked them to give me some document that you are taking it to service centre. Initially they denied but later they agreed to provide a document when I said I won't give the product unless I get confirmation on email that it is being picked up. Once the vaccum was packed, the team takes another hour to decides now they don't require to take it to service centre.Took another hour & they fixed few problems & somehow the vaccum started working and they said they will come second time to resolve the remaining issues. Next to Next week I called the manager to assign someone for visit to resolve the issue he said he will check with team and send someone. Till today on 03.26.2025, nobody came, no communication from the team. They are least bothered about the product once it gets delivered. Now, it becomes user's responsibility because it's you who has decided to burn your money to buy MI's product. 2. Product quality - The vaccum doesn't clean properly and I see dirt on the floor. The mop attached to vaccum is made up of worst quality. I hardly used the vaccum once a week and it is already torn. And now the cloth gets stuck at places or it would simply hang while the robot works( see attached video) 3. Don't buy this product rather I would suggest you to go for the robot without dirt collecting station. It is easier to clean and maintain and take less space and time. One of my relative has been using it. This one has a bag attached to the station and the material of that bag feels like some paper bag and it would have to be replaced after 4-6 months and the bag is expensive online so it would only increase your cost.

I purchased this product because it initially seemed very promising. However, I've found the quality of the accessories to be quite disappointing. They tend to wear out quickly, necessitating frequent replacements. Moreover, obtaining spare parts like the mopping cloth, side fan, and center brush has been a significant challenge. I've been waiting for over a month without any response from either Mi or their service centers. If you're someone who can afford to wait months for repairs, spare parts, or accessories, then this product might still be an option for you. But if you need reliable, prompt after-sales service, I would advise looking elsewhere. Product quality alone is not enough; excellent post-purchase support is crucial. Disappointed with the current situation, I am now planning to file a complaint with the National Consumer Forum to address these issues.

The installation was super easy with the help of instructions written in the manual. I am very happy with the product as it allows a lot of flexibility in terms of cleaning hours which was a huge pain point for me earlier. This is a very useful product for people who are not satisfied with the timings or cleaning style of their maid. It cleans very well in both cleaning and mop. Easy to learn and use. But then you just let it do its job while you take care of other chores It ensures that everyone corner of the house is cleaned. It doesn’t get stuck and moves quickly which allows cleaning to happen quickly the auto-cleaning station was a huge plus for me as it enables the vacuum to empty itself into the base station periodically making the process free from manual effort. You will have to empty the base station only once in a couple of days.
