The product is good, sturdy, works well and does the job. However the documentation/instructions is below average. Almost like a jigsaw puzzle, too some time to figure it out, specially the motor and its settings it self, can be quite confusing. Think of it like getting a new digital watch with no instructions. If the company is listening, i am happy to be hired to write instructions lol. Jokes apart the product does the job and is rhe cheapest out there so thumbs up from me.👍

instructions total inadequate I am an engineer but could not make head or tail of most of the buttons on the timer control box. tried to find a name of manufacture to contact for support no information available either inside or outside of packaging. Wasted a good hour trying to set the time up.obviously cheapest is not always better, will be looking at other amazon products hopefully with a little more success. Will have to use prime as going on holiday in 12 days time

The pump unit is quite well designed and works well once you figure out how to use it. The instructions could be better. A useful touch is the Test button which makes the pump run until you press it again.The filter could do with a bit of extra weight. I drilled a hole in the bottom and screwed a short stainless steel screw into it.The good price makes up for its shortcomings.

I bought this item just before my holiday. It works as described. Plus sides are;- it has its own battery. So I don’t have to think about any power cuts- I can use whatever container I have. Which is good if you have lots of plants like and planning to be away for a long time- It comes with a very long line of pipes and connectors. Around 15-20m. More than what I need now. And if I need more I can get it very cheaply. It is standard aquarium pipes.Highly recommending it to plant enthusiasts and anyone who doesn’t want to meet wilted plants when they got back from a long travel.

Timer does not work , very very noisy, Pipes do not fit correctly and blow apart when water is pumped.Pipes so soft they kink and cause pump to stop.Instructions almost impossible to followDrip tubes useless more water sprays from the hose joint than goes into drip

Handy for my house plants for when I go away. It did take me a while to set it up with the instructions etc, but it's a small price to pay to keep my plants alive for a week! Plenty of piping to add more plants to my collection

I'm good with gadgets and DIY. This product had me so frustrated I just ordered a different system.1. The instructions are awful. Incomplete incoherent sentences that make no sense.2. The instructions do not even include diagrams to supplement the badly written instructions.3. The instructions include names of pieces which do not have correlating images.4. One sentence simply reads 'the host only life waterproof, do not immerse the host into the water to use'. What does that mean??! When you read the steps before that it makes no sense. When you read the sentence on its own it makes no sense.
