Useful but difficult to use
Unit came boxed nicely and went together pretty much as video on Amazon site showed. Included written instructions mostly useless. Included harnesses are usable but cheaply made and hard to adjust. I will be changing out The metal clips that slip for nice easy release clips. It is almost impossible to tighten straps to machine for one person. Much easier with two. Once issues with harnesses resolved I found the machine worked as it should. Admittedly I am close to machines limits, weight and height wise but found it fairly stable once I was on. Running the crank is a little awkward given it's position but is doable. I give it a 3.5 rating due to its good functionality but substandard harnesses.

It really helps me stretch my neck and lower back.
