UPDATE: Absolutely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Came to Amazon to see if I could find an email for the company, Anker. I found an address, sent an email & expected NOTHING. Mind you, I emailed at 10pm….within an hour someone had actually emailed me back. So surprised. I had someone correspond with me back & forth through several emails to troubleshoot for a bit, but after explained that the problem was the actual charging case, they admitted that it would need to be completely replaced. Someone asked me to verify my order #, which I was glad to do & the last email explained that they would be sending me out a complete replacement, free of charge & to give it some time for shipping.TWO days later, brand new pair of earbuds arrived at our door. I was floored. I was honestly super skeptical the entire time. I’ve never experienced a company actually stand by their product & send out a complete replacement. With that said, 5🌟 for earbuds AND 5🌟 for the Anker brand. My daughter is so, so happy with her replacement & i will be purchasing from them again. 🙌🏼ORIGINAL REVIEW: We would have rated these 5 stars before. We have another model of these that are a bit more expensive & my husband has RAVED about them many times. So when our teen daughter asked for new earbuds, we didn’t want to spend as much, so we settled on this Soundcore model instead for her.I’m glad we didn’t spend as much, because less than 3 months after purchasing & they’re refusing to charge. Now they’re useless. So saddened because she truly loved them - loved that they stayed put in her ear, loved the sound quality & the noise cancelling quality. They seemed to charge quickly at first. Purchased late March, by mid-May, they had already stopped charging.I did reach out to Anker via email & hope to hear back. I hate that we only got 2 months of usage out of them & we’re now back to searching for different earbuds. :(

Ordered the Anker Soundcore Open Air V20i earbuds. They arrived a couple of days after ordering packaged well and in excellent condition.The earbuds were far better than I thought they would be, especially for the price and the lower star reviews I read before purchasing. The are extremely light and fit comfortably over my ears and rest very gently against the outside of my ears. I can hardly tell I have them on. I have issues wearing "in the ear" earbuds as my ear canals don't play well with those and they are usually very uncomfortable for me to wear any amount of time. The sound quality is top notch (Anker Soundcore living up to the high standards I've come to know them for as I have several of their products and all of them are high quality). If you have the Soundcore app (I highly recommend downloading it) the controls are easy to set up and adjustments are easily made. There is a plethora of information for the earbuds on the app as well as all the instructions and technical data so you can discard the booklet that comes with the earbuds without worry.The earbuds hang on my ears and do not move no matter what I do. I have exercised in about every way possible whike wearing them and have sweated, a lot, and the earbuds did not budge, at all. They didn't even slip and the sounds never changed. I've ran and walked in high wind environments and was able to adjust the volume to where I could still easily hear the music and what was going on around me. I've had my head at multiple positions and even jerked it around and the earbuds still didn't move or need any adjustments.As for call quality, I couldn't be more impressed! I have used them for several calls indoors and outdoors and while driving. In each environment the call quality has been top notch and crystal clear. The person on the other end have told me that they could hear me perfectly and not any background noise around me. I would assume if you were in a high noise environment that it would affect the quality but so far, I've been in slightly elevated background noise environments and the quality has been perfect. I made a call the other day while I was outside and the wind was blowing and gusting pretty decently and it didn't affect the call quality at all. So far, I've been very impressed!The charging case is quite convenient. The earbuds sit in it well and shut themselves down and automatically charge when placed in the case. And they automatically turn on and are ready for use when you remove them from the case. I have used the earbuds everyday for over a week and they seem to do farily well on a charge and they charge quickly when placed back in the case. The case fits easily in my pocket as well and seems like it should protect the earbuds from most typical impacts. I wouldn't recommend dropping the case with the buds in them as the lid doesn't friction snap closed or use a clip to keep it closed. It just rests closed but with decent enough pressure to keep the lid from coming open unexpectedly. Overall, the case is probably a weak point mainly due to the lid not having locking/holding closure mechanism.In all, the Anker Soundcore Open Ear V20i earbuds have been the best Bluetooth earbuds I've owned so far and for the price you DEFINITELY can't go wrong with these!

I love these. I switched from Shokz brand, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. I expected them to be terrible for the price, but they are really close to becoming my new favorite headset. The sound quality and call quality of these is on par with much more expensive brands. My only issue is the battery life. They're advertised to have 8 hours of playtime on a single charge. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours. This is important to me because I'm a tech contractor, and I tend to be on the phone a lot for work. Everything about these is top notch, especially for the price, except for the battery life. Even if I keep the volume low, or even not using them at all for calls or music, they still don't last very long. For the gym, or a quick flight, or something that lasts less than 4 hours, they're phenomenal. But they lose a star from me because I need them to last longer than that.
