This was a lifesaver for my 18-year-old cat during a chronic rhinitis flare-up when he wasn’t eating. The high-calorie formula was really helpful during this difficult time. I particularly like that this pack contains three 90ml bottles. Once opened, the product needs to be refrigerated and used within 10 days, so the smaller bottles are much more practical. I sometimes wasted the larger 280ml bottle, which was a shame given the price. The low phosphorus content was another reason I liked this option for my elderly cat with kidney concerns. It’s not the cheapest option, but for us, it’s definitely worth it. I’m grateful to have had this available when my elderly boy needed extra support.

I have this on subscription now because it simply works wonders. our elderly Ragdoll was losing a lot of weight and had a poor appetite, now he has gained weight and happily laps this up, with or without Lick e Lix. he has only a few teeth so this is ideal along with gourmet revelations mousse meals. highly recommended. whoever developed this little miracle in a bottle...THANKYOU!

This expensive concoction is worth paying for when my cat's health is at stake. My cat wasn't as keen as others have been on videos - she wasn't licking it from the tip of a syringe etc. however she tolerated being syringe fed and when she started eating again didn't mind it being mixed into her wet food, so I assume it tastes relatively good. The smell is not as bad as some have made out. It's for cats. It is designed to promote appetite - a strong smell is going to help do that. On the whole I am happy with the product and would buy it again. Yes, it's expensive, but it has improved my cat's appetite and therefore her overall health and the liquid appears to be from high quality ingredients. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars from me is the terrible customer service. There are two completely different feeding amount instructions when you check out the website vs the packaging. When I emailed for clarification (twice) I received no response after over a week. I didn't want to 'overdose' my cat on electrolytes etc. Seeing as this product is designed for poorly cats you would assume they would realise a quick response is essential. Oh well. In the end I figured let her take as much as she wants and it seems to have worked out okay.

Unfortunately my boy was too far gone when I found this product. The last few days he had he loved it and it did perk him up, it was the only thing he would eat. It smells very strong which I think helped. Im now using what we have left for my other cat, this hasnt affected her very sensitive stomach and she loves it too. It seems to give a much needed energy boost. It is unfortunate how it runs out of date 10 days after opening but I Would definitly recommend as it seems to really help

I have spent a small fortune (that I couldn't really afford) on different makes & types of renal food, supplements, pills & potions to try & help my 17 yr old Lily with her kidney disease. She hasn't liked any of them, a cupboard full of waste, that'll end up being given to a Rescue....till now! We are 5 days in of her taking it so I don't expect a vast improvement but for her to actually be drinking it is a miracle. I give it to her in a small dish, 2x a day. She seems to like that better than mashed up in her wet food. She is nibbling a little more so just for her to put a little bit of weight on with this stuff would be great. It isn't cheap & I'll have to go 1 btl a month but I think it's worth a shot.

This made my already poorly cat unwell with stomach pain, diarrhea and bloody stool. Not what he needed to be dealing with right now, poor thing. If your cat has a history of sensitive stomach issues I would avoid.

Giving my cat this daily as she has been diagnosed with kidney problems (she has only has one and it was working overtime!) She was losing weight fast so we needed some additional help with her nutrition. She has a portion every morning and licks it all up. If she needs some encouragement I often add some lik-e-lix on the top or crumble a few dreamies. I bought the pack of 3 bottles because once opened it has a short shelf life. So far, with excellent veterinary attention and renal medication, small regular meals and this tonic in 4 weeks she has gained 400g, so I am hopeful the upward trend will continue. The formula is designed for cats with renal problems and has a well balanced range of vitamins and minerals to help their daily life and add extra calories.

Prodotto miracoloso, il mio gatto con problemi renali non mangiava più, ma già dopo la prima somministrazione di recovery renal ha smesso di bere continuamente e ha ritrovato appetito. Ora glielo somministro giornalmente da alcuni mesi, è ancora magro, ma è più idratato, meno letargico e mangia di più. Sta meglio ed è visibilmente migliorato. Il prodotto è veramente ottimo, e gli piace molto, glielo verso nel piattino. Servirebbe una confezione più grande ed economica. Consiglio a chi ha il gatto con problemi renali di provarlo assolutamente.

Meine nierenkranke Katze ist sehr dünn und ist generell eine Katze die nur wenig isst. Da sie in letzter Zeit auch nochmal abgenommen hat, meinte der Tierarzt ich soll ihr Appetitanreger geben. Sie hat es aber komplett satt, wenn ich ihr so ein Mittel ins Ohr reibe und deswegen habe ich recherchiert was ich tun könnte und bin auf das Recovery Renal gestoßen. Erstmal habe ich sie es vom Löffel schlecken lassen. Sie hat es direkt akzeptiert und es hat ihr offenbar gut geschmeckt. Ich gebe jetzt immer morgens und abends täglich einen Löffel davon über das Futter. Man merkt, dass es ihr richtig gut schmeckt, denn sie kommt entweder direkt oder sehr bald zum Napf und schleckt es ab. Manchmal schleckt sie es und isst auch ihr normales Essen. Wenn sie aber darauf mal wieder keinen Appetit hat, dann schleckt sie zumindest immer das Recovery Renal auf. Es beruhigt mich dann sehr zu wissen, sie hat wenigstens einige Kalorien damit aufgenommen. Meine Katze wirkt auf mich wesentlich gesünder. Ich teste es nun seit ca. 3 Wochen und ich finde auch ihr Fell ist total schön und glänzend geworden. Es tut ihr also mir Sicherheit gut. Der Preis ist leider etwas teuer. Ich finde es lohnt sich das 3er Set zu kaufen, denn die Flasche ist geöffnet im Kühlschrank nur 10 Tage haltbar. Eine große Flasche könnte ich in 10 Tagen nicht an eine kleine Katze als Nahrungsergänzung verfüttern. Ich werde es jetzt mal eine Zeit lang nutzen und hoffen, dass sie damit auch weiter ein bisschen zunimmt.

Ce produit a sauvé la vie de ma minette. Âgée de 20 ans, avec des problèmes rénaux, de l’hiperthyroïdie et un souffle au cœur, elle avait perdu beaucoup de poids (le traitement pour la thyroïde n’était plus ajusté) et était squelettique. Depuis que je lui donne le recovery rénal régulièrement, son poids s’est stabilisé et elle a plus d’énergie. Ce n’est pas un traitement bon marché, mais son efficacité a fait ses preuves et elle le prend sans problème (il faut juste que je fasse attention à ce que les autres chats de la maison ne volent pas sa dose, car ils ont l’air d’en raffoler!

Excellent produit je le donne a la seringue il yadeux jour a la sortie du véto l euthanasie était envisagé pour ma minette après plusieurs perfusion rien n y faisait je lui et donné 50 ml a la seringue 6 ml a chaque fois plus ipakitine deux fois par jour et achats d une fontaine plus rénal select en croquettes et elle et en train de remonter la pente merci d avoir inventé ce produit

Dit heeft mijn kat met nierprobleem echt geholpen. Ze vond het lekker (terwijl ze bijna, niks at van 't andere niervoeding). Een redding! Ik vond het zelf alleen wel stinken.
