I love this product! I been taking it for a short time and already I notice the difference. I have lost 1 inch off my waist and 1/2 an inch from my hips. I notice this regulates and helps my digestive system a lot! I have ulcer and that causes me digestive irregularities. I haven't had any issues since taking these pills. Because of my ulcer and digestive irregularities I tend to have stomach bloat at times. This product has help me with that too, I notice the bloat minimizing and my stomach feels great! also I notice I am not getting as hungry as before? It's a must product and I will keep taking it. I recommend! Cheap price and it works! Try it!! UPDATE!!! I ended up switching these pills for others that have the mother in them. I was told the ones with the mother help much more. After trying the ones with the mother... I notice it LITERALLY did nothing for me. It wouldn't regulate my stomach the way these do. So, I switched back to these! I'm never trading them. They are the best! they regulate your stomach, therefore preventing you from being bloated and have a leaner stomach. If you suffer from stomach bloatness and want to have a healthy digestive system.... this is it!!!

I am skeptical about products claiming to produce major results. But at a weak moment, I bought this product and tried it. Amazingly, it really worked. I was at a stagnant point in my weight loss journey, going through a period of not being motivated to exercise, wasn't as focused on my portion sizes or the food as I had been, and it was the holidays. I had read the reviews before buying about countless women saying they lost approx. 10 lbs with this product. Skeptical but willing to try it and I SAW THE RESULTS!!! I have lost approx 10 lbs by adding this product to my journey. I've started exercising again, made it through the holidays, and am back refocused on my weight loss goals. There were no side effects for me but I could tell I felt better when I took the product consistently. I am definitely going to continue to use this product to continue my journey of weight loss and wellness!!! Updated 03/26/2021: I continue to use this product. I can tell a difference when I don't use it versus when I do. It works for me!

This apple cider vinegar complex is the real deal. I have seen improvement in my gut and weight loss. I am very pleased and will be getting more. I can't wait to see how much weight I loss as I'm watching the bloat go away and down 2 inches. I was a size 16 and now I'm a size 14. Whohoooo!!!!! I've been looking for something to correct my gut issue and help me lose weight and this did it. Now know it is apple cider "vinegar" so it will smell like it. Put water in mouth first or you will inhale smell of powdered vinegar which is strong. But to me, it is best taken with a flavor drink (I prefer an herbal tea or apple juice) or apple sauce and then chase with water (because your gut needs the water with this. Remember if you take the liquid you put it in water so you need to drink water with or after the initial swallow). If you can't take the smell or inhale it when you swallow with water if you don't know how to swallow pills correctly or quickly, use the initial swallow with something you can bear (even in mouth after you have chewed food-like we do with pets--in mushy/chewed food). I thank God for giving these people/company the knowledge to put this together. It truly helped me and I will continue, especially if and when I decide to eat something that does not agree with my stomach and I get gassy or bloated or I see the weight trying to come back (which it will not if I continue on the path towards a healthier eating lifestyle). But this has helped me the best in me trying other things to correct my gut issues. Give it a try!

I didn’t find them particularly useful for me. I’m not saying they don’t work in other cases, but for me personally, they didn’t.

Disclaimer: You might see a shorter review on this product compared to the long one I posted on the Zero Tea 14-day detox only because I use both of them simultaneously, I did tweak it so it has more to do with the pills. I personally feel like the pills is working along with the usage of zero tea 14 day detox, in making me feel fuller. I don't have a headache or a stomach ache. Since I feel fuller, I don't eat as much and I already lost between 1-3 lbs. Sometimes my weight fluctuates, only because I tend to indulge in eating. However, I would lose some pounds even though I don't go to the gym. So it does work to a point, however, if you REALLY want to lose a good amount of weight, I would suggest working out cause when I did work out, I notice more of a change in weight. I only take one pill after I ate rather than two. Although, I had taken two when I feel like I ate more than the norm on my diet (even though I barely ate much anyways because the products made me feel really full). But I would ALWAYS take it after a meal like it is prescribed just incase of having stomach pains. I haven’t had a stomach pain, but my stomach made digestive sounds before and then I realized I needed to use the bathroom and a lot comes out. It doesn’t work as a strong laxative, so don’t worry about shitting your pants for sure. I was able to poop way more than I was able to before (since it takes me like 2 and sometimes 3 days to even use the bathroom). For me, this product and the other product let me poop once a day and even twice. Your stomach might make noises sometimes but it doesn't hurt, maybe just cueing you that you need to do #2. Overall I like it. I have taken the pills by itself as well because it’s getting too hot to drink the tea bags and it works well for me personally. P.S ----- As someone who works out and been at the highest of 180lbs and lowest of 135lbs. Do not ONLY just depend on detox things. It's great to have it give you a little push. But you really need to change your diet, how late/early you eat, and EXERCISE. Honestly, hate people who just review things and say they haven't seen a change in diet when literally they eat like shit and eat large meals all day and all of a sudden expect change. Doesn't make sense. So do your part, and let the detox products try to aid as well. Though, there are products that don't work for some people. Remember, everyone's body is also very different. It might not work for you, but it can work for others. So do not feel discouraged! Find what works for your body since you know it well. Pros: You can also claim another free bag for free!
