I got this product at the perfect time! I have a little swathe of dry skin on my shin, and another patch on the side of my knee due to some medication I’ve been taking. I also get the occasional dry knees from yoga. Unfortunately, I hate putting lotion on because I feel like it just never sinks in and it sticks to my clothes, so I’m bad about applying it when I need to. I love this stick because I can apply it directly to targeted spots that need more hydration. And while it definitely leaves a noticeable silky hydrating layer on my skin, it almost feels like it’s already sunken in and i don’t need to wait for it to absorb like most lotions. There’s no stickiness to it, and it applies beautifully while leaving a nice subtle dewy glow. This is much easier for me to use and I can see myself using it consistently. It’s also a cute portable container that fits easier in a small drawer or cupboard, or in your gym bag or while traveling. I highly recommend this product!

Okay, I’ve been using The Fatty non-stop since it showed up at my door about a week ago, and I am genuinely obsessed. Awesome travel lotion! I was looking for a way to travel with more than the tiny amount of lotion used in regular travel bottles. The stick solved my problem! Easy to apply, doesn't melt in regular heat. (I haven't tested on a road trip in summer, but regular spring day heat in Texas, it does great.) No fragrance, which I consider a plus. Lotion goes on smooth and doesn't feel too heavy. I wish it was a little lower in price point, but that's just me.

It’s okay. The product does work well and does hydrate my skin, and is light weight which I appreciate but I guess I prefer a lotion or cream for better overall application. Plus, it doesn’t really last as long as getting a container of lotion or cream so I don’t think it’s good value for the money. I will not be getting this again.

I would describe the feel of this as light and silky. It is non sticky, but penetrates and is totally non irritating to my finicky skin. I have eczema on my fingers, but I use it to moisturize my hands and feet, face, elbows and knees as well. I love that it is unscented and very economical.

I don't understand the point of this product. Maybe it's because I'm a person of color? I wanted to love this convenient stick for travel, but to moisturize my entire body I'm basically using the entire stick in one day. And the moisturizing feeling does not last. I'm glad they're so VC-backed, but clearly it's because the markup is nuts.
