No it does not feel good. In fact it feels less than pleasureable.

Is the unit rechargeable? Does it include the AC Adapter / Charger?

It is a very good unit ! It does not come with a recharge unit . It uses - I use Good Quality alkaline Batteries which last 2-3 months if the sonic prostate Massager is used as instructed ! Each session is only about 2.5 minutes ! I have a definite improvement in my urine control after 3 weeks
