It is a very good unit ! It does not come with a recharge unit . It uses - I use Good Quality alkaline Batteries which last 2-3 months if the sonic prostate Massager is used as instructed ! Each session is only about 2.5 minutes ! I have a definite improvement in my urine control after 3 weeks

I noticed there are 2 different Sonic massagers (1) 3D Sonic (2) Ultra Thin. Which one is this as it is not titled as 3D but it looks like the 3D?
