Ceramic Glass Coat Protectant, Rain Repellent for Cars, 4 Wipes

I am a huge fan of CERAKOTE products and this was amazing. I used a glass stripper to get a very clean surface, and followed up with several rounds of rinsing and my own mix of glass cleaner. Dried thoroughly with microfiber towel. Followed directions. I did it on all of my windows and side mirrors, as a personal preference. Absolutely worth the elbow grease. You can immediately visually tell a difference. I'm curious to see how it holds up in heavy rain and how long it lasts! It says it doesn't fix imperfections, but I had some windshield scratching from cheap wipers that damaged my glass. I will credit them in saying that it didn't fix the problem (and I didn't expect it to), however the smaller scratching is much less noticeable in my opinion. Very budget friendly and easy too

This review is after 5 ½ months of use. I’ve recently noticed that the rain is no longer beading up and sliding off my windshield without the need for wipers as it has been doing. I’ve decided to use my remaining 2 packages to get the water to sheet off like a new application of rainX. I use an extreme cleaning process prior to application. 1. Clean with Dawn dishwater cleaner. 2. Clay bar the surface. 3. Polish glass with an abrasive designed for glass. 4 Final cleaning with 50% isopropyl alcohol. 5. Wash the entire car. I noticed that after this rediculously excessive process the Cerakote had been restored. Super slick with water sheeting off nicely. I will go ahead and do the second application since I had done an outstanding job of cleaning all glass surfaces first thing tomorrow morning with an ambient temperature of 60 – 65°F. Bottom line … excellent product with reasonable cost. It appears that environmental contamination was my only problem. Overall performance is significantly better than Rain X. The water sheeting is not as good but it’s lasting more than 6 months.

I love this Ceramic Glass Coat Protectant! I also use it on my helmets, splitter, visors and sunglasses once a month as nothing seems to stick and everything is easier to clean! Bottle spray is a very light smooth coat, almost molecular. Easy to wipe off with the included microfiber towel. Easy to use, shines better than paste wax and NO streaking. Takes seconds dry and wipe off after application. Excellent value for the money. 5 out of 5 Stars from a super satisfied customer!

Easy to use decent enough

It was quite easy to put the product on but the water beads right off the windows!!

This coating is super easy to apply. If you have a relatively clean windshield you don't really need to iron or clay, all I did was clean the windshield with Hero from Armour Detail, then followed up with Adam's Surface Prep and applied one Cerakote wipe quickly in a cross hatch pattern to the whole front windshield. This applied a perfectly even coat and used 1/4 of the included wipes. That makes this the best performing glass coating for its price bar none. I applied this to a small sedan windshield, if you have a large truck you will probably need two wipes to do the front windshield. That is the best application for this product, then just use a ceramic quick detailer on the side windows and rear when you regularly wash your car as a drying aid. Water flies off at 30mph, which is one of the lowest bead sheer speeds I've ever seen. I won't waste my time with any other coatings at this point for my windshield as this has held up extremely well for a long period of time, and will likely hold up for the full 2 years. I use Armour Detail Amplify as my quick sealing ceramic drying aid and applied it to my windshield after having the base Cerakote coating cure for two weeks after my first wash and experienced zero windshield wiper chatter or streaking. I love how nice it is to keep a car looking good these days versus the old days.

I cleaned my windshield with a good glass cleaner and then went back over the windshield with 91% alcohol. I followed directions on Creakote box and watched a video on YouTube to make sure I applied this product exactly the way it should be. I’m kinda disappointed, I don’t think this glass protectant is any better than RainX and might not be as good at repelling water.

Highly recommend to anyone who loves to fuss over your car being spotless & perfect this is for you.....I didn't even clean my windows with anything extra just applied after I washed the car really well & condensation, rain etc. literally glides off. Dust & bird poo is easier to remove also. I'm sticking with all of Cerakote's products. No cons to report. There's no residue effects either. The directions are very easy to follow. 5+⭐

Maravilloso, si la aplicación se hace correctamente limpiando a conciencia la luna. El resultado es genial. Las gotas de agua se desplazan por la luna sin problemas a menos de 10kmh. Un consejo, aprovecha para ponerlo también en los retrovisores y en la cámara de marcha atrás. Con 2 sobres de los 4 que vienen, da para hacer un coche entero, 2 lunas, 4 ventanas, espejos y camara.

Ich habe damit nicht nur die Autoscheiben behandelt sondern auch die Glaswand unserer Dusche. Das Ergebnis bei Beiden hält seit Wochen zu meiner besten Freude. Kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen. Nicht vergessen die beigelegten Handschuhe zu verwenden.
