Great mount- no d-ring
These mounted to my fab 4 bumper great.A-lot better than the hooks that came with the bumper.Did not come with the d-ring as shown in the Picture.

Way better than the OEM hooks
These are very strong. Versatile as compared to OEM hooks. I have D rings, hooks and clevises that can be used with these. Any accessory with a 3/4 inch pin will fit. They come with grade 8 hardware. I did install mine with Permatex ultra hold thread locker. It would take a torch and an impact wrench to loosen the bolts. Quite an improvement.
