So far it does as it is supposed to After years of using a push cart this cart relieves the additional shoulder and back strain of a push cart and still allows me to walk will wait and see how the battery lasts

If you are old and like to walk . This cart can climb hills with you being careful . On most holes it is an easy . I use the seat to hold things when hitting shots . Having 2 batteries makes thinks easier when leaving cart at the club .
