BPA Free 1 Gallon Water Jug Bottle Reusable Leak Proof. FREE Cap Environmentally Friendly

It had never occurred to me that the regular grocery store gallon jug I had been using and refilling for years was probably full of BPA. When it was pointed out that I should stop using it, I naturally went to Amazon and started poking around. Not sure if the lack of BPA (how I test and prove that claim I have no idea, but it makes me feel better thinking it) makes this a damn fine and sturdy gallon jug or not, but it sure is! Even the cap is full on awesome! Use it everyday and am really glad I got it, it is definitely a quality product well worth the price.

Love this gallon jug! It’s sturdy and great as we are trying to reduce waste in our household. I also really loved that it was BPA free- I had ordered another BPA free jug elsewhere and it was not nearly as good of quality as this one. Would buy again.

Love this jug. The main reason is its durability. I have bought a few gallon jugs before and within the first or second minor drop, it would be cracked and worthless. This jug is sturdy enough to remain in good condition, while malleable enough to absorb drops and not crack or break on impact. Love it!

I’ve been using these jugs for almost 2 years for water. I like them. Just don’t drop them—the plastic will split. I’ve dropped them twice. Still, I use them because I like them.

This jug is similar, but more dense/stronger, than the original Bodybuilding.com Jug. I've tried a couple of the other reusable jugs here on Amazon and they have never turned out that great. Usually breaking or cracking within a month or two.Funny thing is I never drop or apply much pressure to these jugs either! Anywho, they shipped this jug actually pretty quick. I was a bit distant to get it at first because it wasn't under prime. But I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. It works well with the Gallon Gear as well. I'll probably pick up a Jug Hugger as well down the road.

Was a great product up until it just randomly blew out the side. Considered buying another but too expensive to only last two months.

I have absolutely no idea why anyone else would buy this jug, but I needed a large , clear, plastic jug to re9resent a large glass jug of wine for a play on a stage where neither glass nor liquids were allowed. Poured dark purple paint into it and covered tbe sides. Paint never actually dried, but stayed put long enough between shakings to do the job. So, for me, it was an excelent choice.

This bottle would be fine if it was less expensive. It is the same shape and size as the gallon milk and water jugs in stores, but is a little sturdier, not brittle. The plastic screw-on cap is fine, doesn't leak. #5 is stamped on the bottom, which is supposed to be one of the least toxic plastics. It has a faint smell that won't go away even after letting it sit overnight filled with baking soda and peroxide - not a chemical smell, and barely noticeable, but it is there. The smell doesn't affect the taste of the water, though.
