SkiwebSki Lock 4-digit Combination Lock with Retractable Cable

Surprised this product gets such good reviews given it far too short to reach from the bindings (the only proper place to lock skis) and a typical ski rack! Pretty useless....

Very pleased with the product which I used last week. Easy to set/reset combination. Useful to be able to adjust wire tension before fully engaging the lock. The wire is slightly longer than my previous ski lock which is helpful when locking two pairs of skis together. Appears robust although only used for 6 days so far.One potential problem is that it could be quite easy to reset the combination whilst the lock is engaged by depressing the lock release button & reset button at the same time, especially if you have your ski gloves on.

Used so far this season for three weeks. Has stood up well to a beating - construction seems fairly robust but the unit is not heavy.The wire is long enough to lock multiple pairs of skis (I managed 6 on one occasion) and the combination lock is easy to use, even with gloves on.I don't imagine it would be hard to cut through the wire with good pair of pliers, so it seems this lock is more to prevent opportunist/accidental theft. However, it performs that role well. Highly recommended.

Did what it said it did. Builds ok. More of a deterrent than an absolute safety net

I can see the potential and it is pocket handy and all that but I tried to change the code but then it would not open with the new code or old code so effectively it became useless... it may well have been me but in all somewhat cumbersome to use!

Seems to be ok at times, but sometimes the lock just pops out on it's on...which is obviously less than ideal when you want your ski's locked up

Did what it was meant to do. Lasted three lots of been attached to snowboard bag through three lots of cutoms.
