Poor. No better than a mouse mat. No weight to them so completely useless. Avoid.

Easy to use, they seem to reduce the noise.

Used to reduce panel noise in my van and it’s helped a lot. Do need to use some pressure to adhere them to the van panels and I used a roller to apply on the van.

Ok, but not very dense material. There are better alternatives.
