Positive first impressions. I have had a love (tolerate)/hate relationship with my Fitbit Charge 5 since I purchased it. Having finally gotten fed up with its abysmal battery life, randomly shutting down and refusing to power back up, dropped connectivity, etc, I started looking for a replacement that would not break the bank. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a tracker that had a bunch of features I will never use. I mostly just wanted a watch that would allow me to monitor my heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep. Receiving text or call notifications is a bonus for when I'm away from my phone at work. This tracker does all of those things. Display and brightness are easily adjusted, and you can set a time frame for the screen to remain dark while you sleep. This alone makes it worth the investment to me since my high end tracker would still light up brightly even when in "sleep mode." I was skeptical about the metal mesh wristband since the mesh bands I've had in the past tend to pull on my arm hair too much, but this band is pretty comfortable. It took a little bit of work to get it properly adjusted (I have very small wrists) but it does fit without a lot of pinching and pulling. It was comfortable to sleep in. It synced immediately when I downloaded the app, and syncing only takes a few seconds each time...not the 7-10 minutes I had to deal with from the high end POS tracker I had before. I have not tried to many of the features yet, since it just arrived yesterday, but I did discover it has a deep breathing setting you can activate for a short bit of breath work. The sleep tracking seems fairly accurate although it did lump a section of the night that I know I was awake because of hot flashes and a thunderstorm in with the REM sleep I did eventually fall into. For a "basic" tracker, it really packs a punch. The app may not have many bells and whistles, but so far it does all I care for it to do. Bonus points for not constantly trying to pressure me into enrolling into some paid "premium" subscription service. This is a very affordable tracker. Based upon first impressions, I would purchase this brand again.

I absolutely love this watch. I bought because the band is metal. The Silicone watch band I had before gave me a rash. This is perfect.

I haven't gotten it set up yet, but its a very functional style and it fits nicely.

I have worn this watch/fitness tracker for less than two months and I’ve never loved it but now, two seeks after I could return it, it isn’t anything but a watch! The sleep app showed I slept all night, when sometimes I get up twice to go to the bathroom and sometimes don’t go right back to sleep, it shows awesome sleep scores that I’ve never had on my other watches. But now, it doesn’t register at all in the app and neither do my steps. Actually nothing works except the watch when I push the button, not when I lift my arm like it is supposed to. I have unpaired, turned off and tried to get help, which is impossible, just FAQ is available. I do not recommend this watch, mainly because it unpairs with the app and doesn’t stay connected so that you can see the info.

Works great, long battery life, hard to get fitted at first

I love everything about the watch except on my watch screen it wont update my bpm heart rate. Im hoping the business sees this. Ive tried restarting the watch, cleaning the sensor, its on tight and snug on my wrist and making sure its up to date and everything is set up on the app. I would give it 5 stars but this problem needs to be fixed. I have heart issues and one of the reasons why I needed it.

I bought this watch for my wife because she is always tracking her BP and oxygen levels - as a plus it pairs with her smart phone and alerts her to calls and messages. She hasn't worn a watch in years but this one she does. For the price and what it is able to document this is a steal. If it ever fails I would not hesitate to reorder a replacement. Well worth the money.
