Luminaris 200 White Toner DTF Printer, All in One Printer, Sublimation

The idea is good but the execution is bad. An expensive printer should not have any issues especially with print quality. The print output has visible lines, they even asked me to clean the rollers. A brand new printer needs cleaning?!? What an awful product. I really wanted to have this because it’s MAC compatible but other than that buy a different brand. You will be wasting your time and money with this printer.

UPDATE: Seller contacted me immediately and is helping me to fix the WiFi, gave me PDFs of printer install and software and is setting me up an account on their website with all the tools needed for training and support plus the software. OUTSTANDING SELLER! 5+++ --- I have been in the print and silhouette business for well over a couple decades now. I am a professional graphics artist 30 plus years. I have a store and sell a lot of my stuff through POD and wanted to get away from that and start doing my own printing, mailing etc. I feel I can be a lot more free to print how I want. I have wanted this printer for a very long time and finally decided to get it. It is Mac compatible and that is a must for me because professional graphics and print is what Mac excels in. You cannot obtain the same quality on a pc and thats just a fact. Sadly, I haven't been able to do anything as of yet with this expensive machine and I am very agitated.. Read below! When you spend this kind of money you would expect some kind of instruction manual would come in the box and how to download the VividRIP Software. Literally nothing, not even how to hook it up or set it up. I spent hours searching online for setup instructions. The WiFi doesnt connect on Mac OSX...the reason I purchased this is because it's Mac Compatible. But does me no good when it wont even connect to my WiFi. This isnt my first go round, I have been on the computer hooking things up like Silhouette, all kinds of printers, Cannon Cameras, embroidery, scanners etc for 30 plus years. When I went to click for Support it gave me all kinds of options to click and read, but not a way to contact support. This is a first for me with any merchant on Amazon. I was really hoping this was going to go a little smoother but for now...it is all but smooth and Im not very happy.

Quality of product is good. Easy to use. But!!!! Do they sell replacement toners on Amazon? They overcharged for shipping on their own website. Also replacement Cartridges are very expensive. Think before you buy or wait until they adjust the cartridge prices.

The company that makes this machine is horrible at tech support - the machine is always having issues - the white does not print white like they say and not like you expect - I would run from this machine and not put any money towards it - Our first printer we had nothing but problems , it took almost 5 months for Ricoma to finally admit something was wrong with it, sent us the 2nd printer - it arrived broken and busted up - now we are on the 3rd printer for almost 6 months and it is nothing but issues and take so long for Ricoma tech support to respond and fix items - They love to contact you over the weekend and then close the ticket when you dont respond - hello I am at home the printer is at work - their way of not having to deal with it
