Not Comfortable
It is very compact. However, while using this item, neck is getting hot since it wraps around neck. Also the neck supporter (the part makes my neck straight) is very hard so it is not comfortable.

Delivered on time, good quality, Have not yet used it on a long trip but tried it out while watching TV. It supported my head and neck well when I dozed off. Will be buying another one for my wife before our next airplane trip. I wear a size 15 1/2 dress shirt and the medium fits perfect. I really like the way the bottom edge rests against my collar bone and the top border supports my mandible. It is very compact and will be easy to carry on an airplane.
