are these paints suitable for painting on plastic miniatures?

Yes, you can use acrylic paint on MOST plastic surfaces - but the surface must be treated with a primer spray or primer paint to provide a base coat. This allows your paint to grip the surface area. However, for miniatures i personaly believe that you get better results from specialist 'miniature acrylic' brands such as 'The army painter, Warpaints', or 'Citadel' etc. A bit pricier, but a more liquid consistency which makes for better application to miniatures.

Are these waterproof ?

Acrylic paint is waterproof upon drying but the brushes are easily cleaned in warm to hot water as soon as finished painting . I found them very easy to work with

Can these be used in an airbrush?

I wouldn't recommend it. You'd have to water them down excessively and the pigment will dry very quickly .
