I bought this Native by Urban Company M2 RO water purifier for home use, and overall the experience has been good. 💧 Installation & First Impressions Delivery was on time and installation was done professionally by the company technician. The setup process was smooth and hassle-free. 🏡 Daily Use & Water Quality We use it daily for drinking and cooking. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the multi-stage purification (RO + UV + Copper + Alkaline + Mineraliser) gives confidence about water safety. It works well with regular tap and borewell water. 📱 Smart Features & Maintenance The smart display/app is useful to track filter life and system status. The 2-year service-free promise is a big plus and reduces maintenance worries. 👍 Pros: Very good water taste and quality Multi-stage purification with added minerals Smart monitoring features Professional installation Low maintenance for long term use 👎 Cons: Needs continuous electricity supply to function, so during power cuts water dispensing stops unless you have inverter backup 📝 Final Verdict Apart from the electricity dependency, this is a reliable and modern water purifier for home use. Native M2 Pro by Urban Company : An excellent approach by UC to make a good water purifier in terms of Price, Features and Service costs!! The design is sleek and stylish and it incorporates all essential features of a modern water purifier. Additional features like battery backup for free flow water dispensing function is useful in case of a power outage. The 2 year service warranty is also excellent and clear on terms and conditions and future extension is also impressive. Installation services were prompt, on time and well executed by an experienced executive, Mr. Satish Kumar. It is only 2 days after installation and using the product, but I feel the water tastes good and the amount of rejected water is comparitively very less than my previous water purifier, Aquaguard Total Duo RO+UV(used for almost 13years). The 8l tank capacity is sufficient for a family 4-5 people and it gets filled quickly(depending on input water quality). Realtime monitoring on the UC app helps know and understand the details of the product's functioning. The body is sturdy but I strongly feel the retractable tray could have been designed and built better. Altogether, it was a good buy on Amazon with excellent Card offers and exchange benefits.5⭐

Very good product and their service is awesome. Their installation process is remarkable. The app, Wi-Fi, touch system, purification all are best. One drawback is if no electricity can't take water.

Water quality,taste excellent and value for money but low TDS value

When I buy appliances I check long term gain. Here is my M2 Pro review. - The app monitoring is actually useful. You can see filter health, water quality and usage clearly and there’s no guessing or waiting for something to break. - The 2 year unconditional warranty is a big relief. Alll parts are covered without strange conditions or fine print which is rare in this category. Saves money in the long run. - The in built power backup is a great feature. Even during power cuts stored water can still be dispensed through touch panel. This matters a lot in areas with frequent outages. - From a purification pov it keeps things simple and safe. All water goes through full RO first and then minerals are added back properly. No MTDS mixing. This is good for your long term health. This is a very good product genuinely and is worth the buy.

We recently switched to the M2 Pro and the experience has been good so far. The installation was smooth, and what stands out is the app connectivity , I can check water quality and system status anytime. The continuous monitoring gives peace of mind. Happy with the decision till now. 😀

When it comes to the water quality and filtration, i am very much satisfied with the purifier. This is the first purifier I bought, and I am very happy with it. I also like the IoT function which helps me keep track of the water usage and tank storage. For most people this much is more than enough. On the other hand, there can always be a room for improvement. For example, if the IoT functions allow me to trigger cleaning cycle and flushing the filters, that would be a game changer. Additionally, although there is live TDS monitoring, when it comes to mineral monitoring, the UC apps just mention the minerals present in the water but does not 'quantities' it. Packing was not up to the mark. Packing quality can be improved. One important observation, When the purifier was delivered to me, I thought I have been scammed because I have ordered Native M2 Pro, but 'Pro' wasn't written anywhere! Only when the technician came, and shown me the battery inside, i was satisfied. The function is the battery is what seems lacking to me. The only purpose of the battery is to ensure you are able to dispense water from the purifier and keep the IoT trackers functioning. In my view, this makes the M2 model with a UPS (provided by UC) better than the M2 Pro because unlike the latter, M2 with an UPS ensure water purification along with other functions of the purifier. So, in my view UC needs to think of their product classification and functionalities. Last but not the least, like all the other RO purifiers, you know that water wastage is high. I urge you all to collect the wastewater in a bucket and use it to wash your clothes or water your plants. I do the same. Your efforts would go a long way in saving our beautiful planets.
