I’ve been using the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick, the app is very intuitive, and mapping my house was seamless. The AI obstacle detection works surprisingly well – it avoids cables, slippers, and small objects without getting stuck. The suction power is strong enough to handle both tiles and carpets with ease, and the mopping function is excellent – it actually scrubs the floor rather than just dragging a wet cloth around. The base station is a game-changer: it automatically washes and dries the mop pads, so I hardly need to do anything apart from refilling the water tank and emptying the dustbin occasionally. What I love most is how low-maintenance it is. Compared to other robot vacuums I’ve used, this one really feels like a “set it and forget it” solution. It saves me a lot of time, and the house stays consistently clean. If you’re looking for a premium robot vacuum and mop that offers convenience, smart features, and excellent cleaning results, the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Below is my updated review: I am updating this review after a year, and unfortunately, my opinion remains unchanged. Due to poor performance, we sent the robot vacuum for service after being informed that the repair would take 10 days. However, it took over a month for the product to be returned and that too only after multiple follow-ups. For most of this period, the customer care team had no clear information on the repair status and typically took 2–3 days to respond to basic queries. When the product was finally delivered, we were initially relieved, but that relief quickly disappeared. The unit was returned in a damaged condition. The LiDAR sensor was broken, and there were visible scratches all over the body panels. This was extremely disappointing. We contacted customer care immediately, but were told it would take another two days just to “look into” the issue. Honestly, I have never experienced such poor after-sales service from any brand, especially in today’s connected world. This reflects sheer carelessness and an unacceptable support system. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away from Dreame products. Below is my inital review: The below I’ve been using the Dreame L10S Pro Ultra for about a year, and I honestly have mixed feelings about it. When I purchased it, this was Dreame’s most premium and feature-packed robot vacuum in India. I chose it after going through countless reviews and comparing it closely with ECOVACS and Roborock. Pros: 1. Solid build and elegant look – feels premium and well-made. 2. Amazing first few months – worked like magic for the first 4–5 months. 3. No unpleasant smell after vacuuming and mopping – a big plus. 4. Still decent at picking up dirt, even after a year. 5. Easy to clean accessories – maintenance was simple initially. 6. Hot air drying is excellent and keeps things fresh. 7. Extended mop pad does a good job on larger areas. Cons: 1. Performance dropped after 5 months – started showing multiple issues. 2. Detergent cost is very high – usually ₹6–7k, sometimes it drops under ₹2k, which makes me doubt if the Amazon Dreame store products are genuine. 3. Replacement parts are expensive – side brush, mop pad, main brush, dust bag, and filters cost a lot if you stick to originals. 4. Mobile app looks modern but isn’t user-friendly. 5. Customer support is poor – response and help are below expectations. 6. Battery degradation is noticeable. 7. Mop pad resting design could be better. 8. No inbuilt battery in the dock – if there’s a power cut, the robot won’t dock on its own; you have to manually dock it once power is back. Issues faced (after 5 months) 1. Sometimes the vacuum randomly starts spinning inside the dock like it’s lost (reminds me of the “brain fired” scene from Interstellar). 2. Post software updates, cleaning takes almost double the time. 3. The robot shifted from structured cleaning to zig-zag patterns after certain software updates, missing spots. 4. It stopped adapting to changes after some software updates – earlier it avoided obstacles like chairs, now it just circles and drains the battery. 5. Wear and tear accelerated – squeaky and draggy noises started. In short, for the first 5 months, it was a dream purchase – everyone at home loved it. But after that, the experience dropped sharply. I wouldn’t recommend Dreame at this price point unless they improve support, stabilize the software, and bring down the cost of detergents and accessories. Until then, I’ll be cautious about buying another Dreame product. I will add videos and photos if I can once I have it.

Hi.. We purchased this robo of Dreame L10S Pro ultra Robo vacum in the month of August and the performance is par ahead than we expected. The AI sensor does the mapping on it's own only we have to remove all the things and obstacles before doing the same. Schedule cleaning is one of the best highlights we see with this Robo. We can operate this from anywhere. It is so user friendly & Easy to access. Through the app we can schedule the cleaning Or mopping Or both as per our need. Also there is choice of no go zone area(pets having people) The Robo efficiently cleans the corner of the walls too. Only task which we should do is, before the schedule time, we should ensure that there are no obstacles or any new objects left on the floors. Overall, this DREME is a dream asset. You can buy without any hesitations ☺☺

Good:- - cleans well both vacuum and mopping - high suction and deep cleaning - easy to clean the robot -product quality, fit and finish is really good - corners are covered well - speed of cleaning is good. Takes around 40 mi s to vacuum and mop my 2bhk - auto dust cleaning is excellent feature and works well - tones of customisation on easy to use app Bad:- -A bit noise especially during vacuum. I am getting g flapping noise for some reason when it is operational - the dust collector is huge and bulky but not a deal breaker - Comes with big plug with 20amp rating. You will need adapter small to large 3 pin converter

This is an excellent purchase if you are looking for a decent robot cleaner. This is perfect for homes with tiles and pets. Please note that you will have to clean the robot once in 3 days as it becomes dirty cleaning your house. The water needs to be filled and the dirty water tank emptied every second day. I have a 3 BHK apartment and it needs refilling of fresh water every alternate day. We use RO water only and it is advised to use RO water only for mopping and avoid tap water as it’s harsh and could contain contaminants. When they say it’s hands free cleaning, it is to certain extent but you have to service the robot and detangle hair from its brush every 3rd day. The mop washer board gets dirty as well and there is an option to clean it using the app, but you have to do it manually. Sometimes it neglects carpets and climbs on it and keeps mopping on it, inspite of having it set to avoid carpets in the settings. This is a work in progress and it continuously improves features and performance as you use it. The lidar and camera will create map of your home and will keep updating at every run. The good part of this robot is that since it has a RGB camera, it can detect obstacles and avoids collisions using Lidar and Visual imaging. Most robots will collide and then sense the objects. This will however seldom collide with walls and obstacles and will turn around before touching the objects. My only concern is that I keep dodging my office rotating chairs from one corner to the other to ensure that the robot cleans the entire room and places where it cannot reach… Also to note is that it’s not very cheap to run. There is a definite time frame for all accessories like brush, mop, side brush etc and you will need to replace those parts yourself. The original spares are not cheap and very difficult to procure. However there are some OEM clones but even they aren’t cheap. For example, the mop pad which would last for about 2 months would cost around 1200 bucks for 3 pairs. That’s about 400 per month. Then you will also need to replace the side brush which may cost 250 and cleaning liquid which is quite expensive . I am yet to try regular Lizol liquid as a replacement of the original floor cleaner. All in all, it’s a good alternative to your house helps if you do t have one or having difficulty finding one. But remember it’s a machine and will not be perfect. You will have to intervene once in a while to get the same spotless house as you may get with human house helps.

Very good product with lot of useful features. Very efficient and does a good job. Our home remains clean even when we are on vacation. Not recommended for India, no after sale support for accessories. Original accessories are always out of stock and costly. It is a pain to find the right accessories. The 5 star rating is given for the product. Post purchase experience is 1 star or less due to lack of after sale support.

Excellent quality and precision, with very good build quality. Value for the money. It’s setup is pretty easy with clear instructions provided from the company immediately after the delivery. Above review was written at the time of the purchase as forced by dreame team. Now I am writing a review after using it for five months. Do not waste your money until unless you are completely confident that you have the products or parts for these are available in Amazon or any of the nearest dealers. As described in the videos, the robot doesn’t clean the edges at all. I have attached a latest video where the mob extension will not work at all, and the robot will leave the edge as it is at the beginning. It was absolutely very good product, but latest stages, it won’t be having any service. We have to do it on our own. Spending 45,000 on this product is worthless, but it definitely reduces your 35% of tasks.
