K2 is essential to take calcium into our bones, it works in harmony with vit D3. This tablet is the good form of K2 and is great value.

The pills are andescentnsize - not too large or too small!

Poor quality
Some of the pills are heavily cratered like they're semi dissolved. They're dry, but look like they've been exposed to moisture at some point. And that's just after opening them. So they're not all a uniform size. Not great quality control, clearly.

I take many supplements. Through ChatGPPT I am now aware of exactly the levels at which a man of my age should take as a daily dose by supplement name. I no longer buy combined supplements when I can find suitable such as D3, K2. The combination I had been taking was off the charts. This Vitamin K2 is exactly the daily dose advised (100 to 200 mcg) and of type MK-7. A good price too. Well done Bandini, when I run out of my other supplements I will visit you first. I have no connection whatsoever to the company.
